Molly Maid Attn: *******************************, Owner ********************************************************************************** I am 80 years old and hired Molly Maid to clean things I am not able to clean. My house is basically clean and mainly needs the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned and the rest of the house dusted and vacuumed.Molly Maid sends different people to my house for a monthly cleaning, they do not know what to clean and what not to clean. The last two people, Team #7 ***** and ****** were surprised they had to do the downstairs too. The young girl did a terrific job cleaning. The older woman was terrible. She was on the phone almost constantly.In my bedroom she only cleaned the glass tops of the dressers, but not the wood edges. One was visibly dirty with baby power. The chest of drawers had dust around the wood edges of the glass top and the middle trim piece. I showed this to the younger girl and she cleaned what the older woman missed since the older woman was downstairs on the phone again.I asked the older woman to clean a 4 foot area of the floor in the computer room she did not. I also asked her to clean the tile by the fireplace and she did not. There were still cobwebs in the bathroom vent you could tell where she wiped around items on the counter and floor corners were not cleaned. After the initial deep cleaning $480 and two more cleanings - $200 each, the fire place tile (a once a year job) was never cleaned. Corners in the tiled rooms are still noticeably dirty.I am very dissatisfied with Molly Maid cleaning. After 3 cleanings and $880 there are still visible dirty corners in the tiles rooms.I sent a letter and pictures to the owner of Molly Maid cancelling the July cleanup and quitting their service. To date I have heard nothing - their fax number is invalid.
