Package was handed to OSM at *********************** @ August 31, 2024, 5:06 am. It arrived to ****************, ******** @ September 1, 2024, 2:07 pm and departed at 4:10 pm. Since then, there has been zero movement or communication. It is now 9/5/24. Theyre either not doing their job (shipping, supposedly) or lost/stole it. The item cost $150 and was of limited production.Customer response

A package of mine is currently being held by a facility of theirs in ********, **********. It has been held there since 8-11-24. They advertise shipping within a few days but their holding of my package has made it **************************************************************************** that they have not received the package when **** and the seller I bought the Package from says it was shipped to them. They even lied to me and said that it was stuck in customs when the item is coming from the ************. I have had problems with them in the past and have had to ****** them to give me my package.Business response

This is not my first rodeo with OSM Worldwide, but they do have two orders of mine held captive. One was from July 26, entered their warehouse on Aug 3, and I havent heard a word since. The tracking number for that is **********************. The seller offered to resend the book to me free of charge. That was on Aug 13. I ordered a package on Aug 1st shipped by OSM that was supposed to be delivered by Aug 9th. I needed it by Aug 12th. OSM sent the package in the wrong direction, left the package in ***** for 8 days. Today is Aug 20th and sill I have not received my package. This company (OSM Worldwide) is a disgrace and a blemish on America. They can not deliver (literally) what they promise. There customer service does not respond. This company should be closed because they can not provide the service they sell. I am ashamed that such a business operates in this great country and so many of us are being disrespected by them and their failure to provide the service they charge for. We confirmed the item has been out of OSM's possession since 8/17, and the item has been routed many times within the **** network. I am rejecting this response because:Yes, **** now has the a package, the fact that the package is moving proofs it is no longer
In OSM's possession. It sit 8 days in ******* while OSM had posession, with time in ***** after that. OSM blamed everyone but their selves for their inability to provide the service they are paid for.OSM needs to stop blaming others and do better. I ordered 5 more items from the same business after the one OSM couldn't deliver, they were shipped *** and arrived days ago with no issue. I'm still waiting for the one OSM held in limbo for at least 10 days.
Online review sites show plaimly that OSM is a horrible attempt at a shipping company. 99 percent of reviews show this. I am not happy that we have such companies as OSM masquerading as shipping companies when they are just taking advantage of citizens.

I am rejecting this response because:OSM needs to fail, obviously they do not care about the service they sell. Online reviews and complaints prove this. It is my understanding they are now being looked at by **** and government officials. I hope they force this lying excuse making company to provide the service they sell or take their contract with **** away. The only thing OSM does well is blame others. I hope they fail sooner rather than later.

OSM Worldwide received a package that I ordered and was delivered by Royal Mail on July 26th. Three weeks later, as of 8/17/2024, the package is still with OSM. No movement has occurred. The status shows 'On its way to ****** but **** has not yet received the package.This is severe incompetence for a supposed shipping company. What right do you have to hold my property for three weeks? A functional business would not do this.Deliver this to **** immediately.Initial Complaint

Not only is their customer service NON existent but their leadership does not care either because "they were already paid" I had an item that shows it is at the facility less than 10 minutes from my house and now they are saying it may be lost when it shows they have it. **************** said "it takes 2-5 business days to transfer to ***** they said that to me after emailing them that they were 2+weeks past the expected delivery date. The same canned email messages when you email their support team which I am sure they will post the same canned message to this review as they did everyone elses.Business response

I ordered a package through oh *****, the shipping I picked was 4-6 business days with ***** I ordered on July 9th and it is now July 24th and the package has not been delivered. It has been in possession of OSM Worldwide since July 16th. There have been no updates other than the package was in transit to **** since July 17th. Clearly **** hasn't received it because they typically scan them in a timely manner. I am moving out of the country in 4 days and I needed this package to arrive before I left, which is why I ordered it at the beginning of the month. It would also be fine if it arrived by August 5th, as someone would be able to bring it to me. OSM customer service hasn't been helpful, they said to allow **** 2-5 business days to update the package, however it has been about 6 business days now and there has been no update. This is unacceptable and they do this to everyone. They have horrible ****** reviews. The dresses were about $160 and the shipping was $17Initial Complaint

OSM was used by a company I ordered from. They had my package up until arriving within 100 miles of my home, and scanned it into their system as arriving. It was shipped May 29th. June 3rd, package arrived at partner facility and **** was awaiting item. their own website tracking states On Its Way to ***** I emailed OSM June 15th. A customer service person named ************************* stated that the packed was given to ***** I asked how he knew that, since tracking did not reflect that. He suggested reaching out to the company I purchased the item from for assistance. I contacted the company, and they were unable to help as it was a limited item and there were no more in stock. I reached out to **** for assistance but they were unable to help as the package was never scanned past arriving at partner facility. I reached out to Dolce again with this information, and asked if he could place a missing package report so someone could try to find it (like **** does). He told me to report back 30 days after the last scan. I email 30 days after the original scan, and ***** is rude and dismissive, letting me know theres nothing to be done. I ask to speak to someone higher up because I refuse to believe that no one can look around the partner facility for it. Heck, Ill do it. Anyway, ***** ignored my email completely and as of today have not heard from him (it has been a week).Business response

I am rejecting this response because:It seems that you know which third party shipper you worked with with this package - or at the very least, have a couple good ideas. The next step would be to reach out to them to see if they can investigate their facility for lost package.
As I have written to them multiple times, the seller cannot replace (limited item), and cannot offer refund. All I want is for someone to earnestly look for item. Perhaps an employee is stealing packages? How would yall know if youre refusing to investigate?

This time and the last time I had stuff delivered though this company I end up either not receiving or it sits for days. For example my first order through this company never made it to the ***** My second delivery that I'm still waiting in was shipped on the 22nd and today is the 27th.... It sat in ************* ***** for almost 48 hours before moving again. This is on a weekday where you should have only needed 12 hours transport time from ** to **. The company doesn't do so well with delivery speed.. If they don't lose the package first.Business response

Why is my package stuck in *******? It contains food that has been melting in 90-degree weather for a week. The package is still in your network, that's why **** hasn't scanned it, so please don't tell me otherwise. I'm concerned because I'm leaving by the 27th, and you haven't moved it. I should have received my package by now. It's food, and it's going to become a mess in this weather. Seriously, if it's in *******, I'll just drive over and pick it up myself.Business response
