I financed a vehicle from this business on December 13, 2022. My down payment was $3200 on a 2019 Kia ******* When I first got the car I was told it had passed inspections from the dealer and nothing was wrong with it. There were and still are no warning lights on. However, it didnt give me any problems until a week after I had it. Since then it has stalled on me in traffic several times & is in noticeably bad condition when you drive it. It shakes & jerks when accelerating, that being a serious safety concern for me. I expressed my concerns to the Infiniti of Hoffman Estates and I was told that I needed to have *********** my vehicle since it was still under their warranty. I attempted to have *********** my vehicle but was unsuccessful due to backups in business. I was told I wouldnt be able to get a diagnosis for at least 4 weeks. Im extremely disappointed in Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. I would like a full refund because this car obviously had preexisting issues. Ive contacted the car salesman and of course they advise me to get the vehicle serviced but I do not wish to do so. I let the dealership know Id be returning their vehicle & reaching out to BBB for help. Its not fair to me to have to deal with a car that was supposed to have already been in good condition when I spent my hard earned money on it! I rely on my vehicle for my livelihood! I need a full refund from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates immediately!
