            I am a maintenance customer who paid an annual fee to be serviced by Ravinia Plumbing. On February 21, my basement slop sink needed routing. The additional service fee for less than 60 minutes of work was to billed at $396.00 with a savings of $44. This is absurd. The maintenance membership was advertised as covering costs with priority care. This company is gouging customers and falsely advertising the benefits of annual maintenance membership. I want my annual membership fee refunded to me and I want them to stop falsely advertising the benefits as well as have their pricing evaluated. They are ripping people off.

            This is a terrible company. I spend hours and multiple days dealing with multiple **** trying to get a bid for a job. I won't bore you with all the details, but the gist is the people doing the bids are not on the same page with the company itself, and it's like pulling teeth trying to get answers.When I finally was able to clarify why I was being bid hundreds of dollars to change out a rubber gasket ($.86 at **********) there was only denying of overcharging and not accountability.The other projects they bid on also seemed super high, but I had nothing to compare them to. I ended up getting two more bids from other reputable companies, and paid less than 1/4th of what ******* tried to charge me (I use Biagi Plumbing). Companies like this one are becoming way too common where the customer service has dropped off the face of the earth, they have jacked up bids/charges to insane amounts, and unfortunately because many people don't take the time to look into it, companies like this get away with it and could care less if they lose one customer like myself not willing to be ripped ****** NOTE USE THIS COMPANY
