Avoid this location! After 12 years of being a customer, I am parting ways with ********************** of ***********. My car broke in December so I called and was told that I was able to have my car towed directly to the dealership. After not hearing back the next day, my husband called and was told by ****, the car would be serviced in a few days. No further information or communication was given so I called back again a week later and was told the servicer would get to my car Tuesday. Still no communication. After calling today, the service director ***** tells me that I have to tow my car off of the lot and can have it towed back after making an appointment for service that would probably be toward the first week of February. He then told me that my story was unreliable because I did not have all the names of everyone I spoke to. He then proceeded to tell me that the people I did speak to are no longer working there. Left a message for the ***************** to contact me regarding the matter, did not receive a call. Went directly to the dealership and found the ** sitting in the front desk on his cell phone. After speaking to the *****************, he was dismissive and continued stating that the employers I dealt with were no longer working there. There was still no resolution and no empathy. Being in the medical field, I understand staffing shortages, however, I am pretty sure that they are losing staff because of ***** and the management. If ***** speaks so disrespectfully toward a customer, I cannot even imagine how he speaks to employees. Their customer service was awful. I can no longer trust them, their word, or their service.
