I have a Ego Mower LM2120SP, I filed a warranty claim on Sept 23, 2024. My referral number is ********. They sent me to Northern Tool here where I live to get it fixed. Its approx. 1.5 years old. It died. The repair took over a month and was determined not fixable. Northern Tool sent them a email that its not fixable. I called the Ego and was told they received it and would take 10 -15 days to get it shipped to me. I have called them 35 times, no help plus you cant understand what they are saying. Chinese folks. On ***** called them again. no help. On ***** called again no help. Was told it would be another 15 days before I would get a tracking number. I called the ********* in ***. No help. I paid over $600 for it at Lowes. Has a five year warranty ???? I am not getting any answers to this mess just a blurb that they read. I need help with this. Today saw where they were pulling all power tools from the **.. ********** already quit selling these problems.

We contacted *** for warranty work on our string trimmer on 09/05/2024. After much back and forth, on 09/16 we were finally directed to drop off the string trimmer at *****, *******************. We did so, and they fixed it but charged us $91.18 with tax for what was suppose to be under warranty. I contacted EGO but their response was that my case was closed. I have documentation of all of this and just want a refund of the repair cost.

I have several of their equipment. We put our hard earned money and our trust into their products. Some of their products a little older with a very light residential use some of them are only a couple of years old. Non of the batteries working this equipment anymore. This are very high value batteries which is are very expensive to replace for the customer. The company refuses to help ***** we dont have the receipt of the purchases. However the products are registered. And even if the serial numbers and etc legit. We went thorough with their troubleshooting process also which didnt help. We would like the company to send us some replacement batteries.

I bought an ************ riding mower 4/25/2024. In mid - July it stopped charging. I reviewed the company protocol for registering purchases for warranty, and entered all required information. During my first couple phone calls to EGO, I used my day off work to troubleshoot with a ***. ** determined that the charging unit was faulty and the batteries were over- discharged. They were going to ship a new charger and new batteries (6) in ***** business days. I only received part of a ***lacement charger (it is made up of 2 parts) and zero batteries. I called a 2nd time, and that *** said she would resolve the issue by sending out the missing items in ***** business days. I received nothing, checked my confirmation email and found it had serial numbers of the failed items - not ***lacement items. I called a 3rd time and that *** said there was no record of my second call and no order. I had to prove it really happened by forwarding the confirmation email. She agreed to send the items, giving me a confirmation number in case there were any more problems. I received nothing. I called again. That *** said I had been sent an email informing me that the items were NOT being sent. They "always" require video footage of all the visible serial numbers on all the items in question plus video footage of all 6 batteries showing evidence that they will not charge and cannot be activated. There is also a size limit to the video that can be sent to them.I called 3 more times, trying to simply return the mower. *** told me it must be returned via the Ace hardware store that ordered it for me. I called the local *** and spoke with the manager, who said they did not handle returns or warranties with EGO - I had to contact them. I shared what they told me, and he said they cannot and have never accepted returns of mowers unless they had never been used. So I called EGO again, and they told me the *** manager was wrong - his store had to accept the return. I'm out of room ...

Absolute, terrible customer service, and even worse product quality. Purchased the Ego Select Cut Self propelled lawn mower from Lowes. Within 60 days the lawn mower broke and the motor would no longer engage. I filed a warranty claim with Ego power + and brought the mower back to their authorized dealer (******) for ***air. It's been over two months with still no *** on ***air completion. ****** instructed me to call *** and obtain a RMA number (return authorization merchandise). I called EGO and requested this. I was told I needed to physically be at ****** with a store *** and then call them back to start this process. When I arrived at ****** and called EGO customer service back, I was told by the EGO customer service ***, that they do not provide those, even though the lower's store manager assured me they do, and that he's had numerous customers do this in the past. When I explained this to the Ego *** he pushed back stating they do not. Even though when I called the day prior a different *** stated they did. I told the Ego *** this, and was promptly hung up on.

I purchased an Ego mower. Included in the box was an offer where, if you registered the product, you would receive a high lift bagging blade for free. I registered my mower and have called every couple of weeks for almost 3 months only to hear excuse after excuse as to why I dont have a blade yet.

Paid over $4400 for a riding lawn mower and a weed whacker, battery failure for one of the $400 batteries and the weed whacker cannot be reloaded with the cable for whacking weeds. Went through customer service they determined the weed whacker was defective and for four weeks they keep saying its "out of stock" , They are sending a different battery charger to see if my charger is defective, but I charge the other four batteries i have in the mover and it works fine. I have tried to charge the dead/defective battery in different locations in the mower, it has 6 positions in the battery bank, but the defective battery will not charge. The weed whacker has a powerload for the cable, and it just does not work. I have 400 feet of fencing which both sides need trimming as well as the house gardens, driveway and street edges, literally about 1/2 mile of trimming I cannot trim. The weed whacker is in stock at the local ACE Hardware but the warranty department can't get ahold on one to send. I live in ******* and grass grows immensely and my property is required by HOA to be neat and trimmed.

In early July 2024 I had a replacement battery that was sent to me that was covered under warranty. It was faulty and caught fire which resulted in damaging my trimmer also under warranty. I called them and sent photos to document it. They promised resolution in two weeks. Two months later no resolution. When I ask to speak to a supervisor. They're not available and never call back within 24 hours as promised. What is warranty if it is not honored?
