I have a 2020 **** mustang ecoboost, I purchased it last year with around ****** miles. I added a premium care warranty package when purchasing the car. And that covers transmissions problems, electrical problems, wheel problems, etc. I went in so far a couple times for service, most of the times it went okay I could say, but the last two was bad so the 2nd last I went in for a fog light assembly and its covered with my warranty I dropped it off and they said yes its covered give me a couple days to get the order for the part and so on and then they gave me a loaner and thats also covered under my warranty so I took it and couple days later come by I get a car and said we are not doing the car you have been into an accident in MAAAYYY Im like ok I know that but its not from it I got it fixed. They told me to show proof that the insurance didnt cover it I showed them proof and made up a lie and said that they did thats what it said on the paper I got tired of this situation I said just give me the car and goodbye they said ok go to cashier and handle it for u Im like ok I went over there they said I owe a couple hundred dollars Im like why went back to the service guy and they said oh let me talk to my boss he went and said its fine its our fault not yours your good to go. Today 05/06/2024 I went in for my suspension since 7:40in the morning till 3pm I go in at 2 something they said nothing is wrong I said there is they said nope I talked to the boss the boss came out and said Im not dealing with you and he doesnt care I wasted his money on everything Im not doing business with you idc and then my father came in to ask why he said this to me he came out first thing he said Im done with you guys and my father said why u act like this to my son you cant say I dont care leave goodbye the guy said I said it to him Ill say it to youhes bad businessman and want him fired and help us out with service, name Service director ***** at *** Rizza ****Review from Roger U

My wife and i were looking for an expedition. We reached out to *** rizza **** and they found a 2021 expedition with ****** miles on it. I drove to them after work on February 27th 2024 to take a look at it. *** was our salesman and got the vehicle ready for purchase on the 28th. We explained that the vehicle was for my wife and i and we both want to be on the car. We already were approved on a loan through my credit union. We got the loan and got the check and set up for the 28th to pick up the car. We got a babysitter to watch our 3 kids for an hour or two since all we had to do is sign a paper and hand them the check. We were waiting for 2 hours and my phone got an alert of 3 hard inquiries on my credit karma app.i alerted them and they said there was some mix up. We had to wait for another 2 hours because there were with someone already. When we finally got back there it was just my name on the paperwork and they said it would take longer to fix there mistake and we were just trying to get out of there because our kids were getting restless waiting ,it took 20 min to sign the papers. We handed them the check from the credit union and left without them taking the $5,000.00 down payment. 2 days later the vehicle was making a horrible noise and set up a service appointment. They took it and had to do an overhaul on the front differential. I mentioned that we paid for service to go over the vehicle on the contract that it was looked over by mechanic before it was sold. We were out of our new vehicle days after purchase and got a loaner for a week. Picked it up and now theres a rattle coming from under the vehicle. Made another appointment for march 8th. Hopefully everything will be fixed and we can enjoy our vehicle before our first payment is due.Review from Ruthie M

I leased a 2020 Lincoln Aviator and my 3 year lease was to end on August 6th 2023 i went in july to buy out lease! I paid for ****** a year lease im in year 3 its only 17k miles, im way under.i explained to my salesperson *** that i had 3 high interest credit cards that i was in a debit relief *********** know my score wouldnt be high like it was when i 1st leased the truck. When i initially went in to purchase the truck, they told me if I made my first six payments on time no questions ask when my lease come up, I would be able to purchase. So in July they gave me the runaround saying that because my score was low they couldnt find nobody to finance me then asked me more than three times do I want to downgrade that if I downgrade it, they will find somebody to finance me. I told him absolutely not because I had the truck three years never missed a payment never been late and that right there should stand something **************. Then they ask can I put $3500 down? I told him absolutely not because *** had the truck again for three years. Never missed a payment never been late they words were if you pay your first six months on time no questions ask when you came in to purchase at the end of your lease, so they finally found someone to finance me I signed a bill of sale and all of the other papers through my contract with flagship as the finance company I leave get home I thought everything was over. I tried to pay my car note 3 weeks early and realized I didnt have any account number for my loan, i tried reaching out to ***************** of Lincoln in Orland, and could not reach anybody they gave me the runaround saying someone will get back to me, and never did. I finally got a letter in the mail from Flagship stating that they change their minds about financing me after I signed all the papers, but they have a counter offer for me and if I wanted to know what it was, I should contact Lincoln. I am so mad that this issue is still not resolved. I want my truck!Review from Cynthia E

I decided to purchase the car I was leasing .my credit was good I wasn't concerned about being approved for a loan. I ***** has a late payment on anything in over 3 years. My sales person ran my credit he showed me my credit report I was approved immediately on the first enquiry. I went into the finance office and that's where the problem began. The man in that office was aggressively trying to die me gap insurance even though I wasn't upside down in value and pay off , tire and wheel insurance I don't need and a extended warranty that I can buy from someone else. He didn't want me to take the time to read what I was signing and had very little patience for any questions I had . I did not feel comfortable doing business with him so I told him I changed my mind I didn't want to buy the car. He was openly angry. He made it clear he was angry with me. So I left .I called the dealership later to let them know I wanted the car but I didn't want to work with the same guy. I went back on Saturday they assured me the credit report they had already run was still sufficient but I late found out through credit Karma my credit was ran 2 more times. I believe it was out of anger that the finance guy decided to punish me by running my ******* more times. .I am furious because those hard inquiries take years to come off your credit report and cause your score to go down.Review from Fran G

They sold me a **** explorer that the engine had been replaced They had knowledge of this and did not disclose The engine needs to be replaced again less than 30 days after I purchased They refuse to make any attempts to resolve this issue Poor business Now Im in legal action which could take months and Im making payments on $23,000 truck I cant driveReview from Mark S

Manager ***** was so rude and dismissive. They ruined my car radio and then blamed me for it. He wouldnt repair it and told me to leave and he didnt want to do business with me. I didnt pay a this much money for my navigator only to be treated like this! I will be calling corporate.Review from Jim M

Terrible service. Brought my car in and had ******* worth of work done. Recall performed. Recall deleted one of the cars functions. Immediately brought to Rizza Porsche attention. They spent half an hour trying to tell me car was fine. Eventually they admitted recall does affect function.They showed me paperwork stating this. I stated I wanted car back with same functions I brought it in with. They stated they would look into it. They have not given an answer on whether they can undo recall and return function other than to state "I don't know." I stated I paid extra for function and asked to be compensated if they can't put function back. They will not resolve issue other than to tell me to call corporate. They told me they made corporate aware and maybe in 6 months it would be resolved. I expect the dealer to resolve issue and they can deal with corporate if it costs them(rizza) money.
