      We reached out to Gallagher (****, ************** branch) a couple of months ago to help us with the workers compensation audit. They were not our direct vendor; our PEO used their company to provide us with workers compensation coverage back in 2023/2024. We got confirmation from Gallagher employee that she is sending cancellation letter to our audit company on September 3rd. I verified with the audit company if they got the letter and as of September 23rd the letter was not sent to the audit company. I reached out to Gallagher the same day and received no response at all. I tried a week later, sent the email to multiple different email addresses, voicemail on their customer service line, as well as submitted a new inquiry via their website, and no response or acknowledgment was received. They are ignoring all forms of communication, causing us a late fee situation for our audit invoice. We would like to receive the promised cancellation letter, as well as have Gallagher send it to our audit company. We are in the market to purchase a new workers compensation policy, as well as other insurance policies, but Gallagher will definitely not be an option due to poor communication from multiple employees.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did receive a phone call and follow-up from Gallagher representative, *** *., on 10/11. A couple of days after speaking with ***, I got an email from ******** *. informing us that they are working on our request still and that they will keep us posted. That was on 10/15, almost two weeks ago, and we haven't heard anything since then. The original complaint is based on the lack of communication, and this is continuing. Until we have the final resolutionthe cancellation letter being submitted to the audit company, or reason for why it cannot be submitted we do not consider this case closed.

      Gallagher representatives worked with our contacts at ******************* Company to attempt to have them backdate cancellation of the policy from the April, 2024 cancellation that was processed to the March,2023 date where our client had obtained separate coverage.  Unfortunately,due to the amount of time that lapsed between March, 2023 and April, 2024,Employers was unable to grant the revised cancellation date.  Our senior leadership team in the ************** office escalated the matter to the senior leadership team of Employers in the region, but Employers position was final.  All of this has been communicated to the client.

      Were sorry that this matter was not able to be resolved to our clients satisfaction, but ******************* Company was unwilling to bend on their position.

      Gallagher Bassett's insured totaled my vehicle and sent me to the hospital in an ambulance where they were found at fault. They have refused to return my calls or emails without constant hounding. I have had 4 different adjusters in 7 months, and they purposely make this hard to conclude. Nobody should do business with them and if you are involved in an accident with one of there insured, you will be perpetually frustrated in dealing with them.

Our file handlers took action to request documentation from Mr. ******** medical provider in accordance with our best practices. We have recently received the complete medical records for further review and evaluation. We anticipate following up with Mr. ******* within the next two weeks to attempt resolution of his claim.

      The death benefit I receive transitioned to a new company, Gallagher Bassett. When that happened the benefit checks stopped getting direct deposited and they were mailed to an incorrect address. I have called the business, written the business, and sent the paperwork needed via certified mail to the business. The payments are still not direct deposited. The payments are sent to an incorrect address; then re-mailed to an address close enough to my address that I receive them. They checks are being received much later than they should be due to this error by Gallagher Bassett. The agent does not return my calls, I am getting nowhere with Gallagher Bassett.

      June 21, 2024 my car was hit by a fed ex worker who failed to provide the accurate information as well as left the scene of the accident. After searching for the insurance information I was directed to Gallagher Bassett's ******* ***** ********** who have provided a rental since July 10, 2024 as a result of the accident I missed work and then lost my job. My car is still currently in the shop and I am being harassed by the rental car company and gallagher has not rectified the matter. I am being discriminated against and my car has not been fixed. The adjuster ***** ********** is very rude and ignorant also will not come accurately access the damages.

      I am contacting you in regards to Fedex and Liberty Mutual along with Gallagher Bassett. My car was involved in a hit and run. It took over three weeks for gallagher bassett to contact me to provide a renter car... I also lost wages due to the accident. I have not had my car fixed and have not been provided compensation for lost wages.

Please be advised that Gallagher Bassett is the third-party claims administrator for FedEx Corporation.  Upon receipt of the inquiry Mr. Wallace, Branch Manager was able to reach out to Ms. Rhodes on October 9, 2024 and discuss the issues that were preventing the claim from being settled. During the conversation we were able to resolve the remaining aspects of the claim.  We worked with the rental company October 9, 2024 to extend the rental and a check was issued on October 9, 2024 to resolve all other issues.  Should you have any further issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.

      I filed a workers compensation claim last month and my claims manager refuses to contact me so I can get compensation.After first filing the complaint the claims manager (******* ******) became unreachable. In order to get her on the phone I had to call the ************************* to get her to acknowledge she had my medical records. Due to her being unreachable I requested a change in claims managers and was told I can only request that through ******* Hempels supervisor ****** ***** who also does not answer phone calls or messages. I have not received any response from her in ******** out of work time has been extended twice. I have sent my medical bills and out of work notes to ******* ****** through email, and called, and left a message, and uploaded through the app. No response.I have once again contacted the state to try to get her to acknowledge the documents for compensation. It appears Gallagher Bassetts plan to avoid paying workers compensation claims is to pretend they have never received the documents or been contacted. I hope Im wrong about that and there is some good reason for the companys behavior.

      On 07/03/2024, my car was struck by a policy holder represented by Gallagher. My vehicle was damaged along various area of the drivers side by a semi tractor who changed into my lane while traveling on the interstate. This insurer is choosing to complete a partial repair of damages despite them being advised that all damages resulted from their clients neglect. There is documented evidence of the damage provided to the insurer at the start of the claim by the body shop. The claim adjuster for Gallagher, Idahlia G,, has been very nonchalant, non responsive, and is slowing the claim by creating difficulties and not returning my property back to pre-accident Condition . I would like for this repair claim to be resolved and restore me whole.

      On September 13th I submitted all documents needed to prove that I have insurance coverage in the state of ******** to Gallagher insurance company. This is the fourth time I submitted proof of insurance, this final time I submitted a letter from my insurance company that states I am covered for primary care, mental health, pharmacy, physical therapy, diagnostic, and whatever care I would need while in the state of ********. On Monday September 16 I received an Email from Gallagher that my insurance has been denied as proof of coverage because it only covers emergency room visits which is false. Now they are going to force me to pay for their insurance because they are denying my insurance as proof of coverage in the state of ******** while I am in school at the ********************************. This company has continued to deny my insurance for the last two months and now would like me to pay over $6000 a year so that I can stay in school. If I do not pay, there will be a hold on my school account. I will not be able to continue classes or get my degree. There is no reason my insurance should be denied. I currently have a primary care in the state of ********, a physical therapist, a cardiologist and have done multiple diagnostic test. I dont know if this is considered insurance fraud or if this is fraudulent activities, but they continue to deny my insurance, even after producing all the documentation I could possibly give them and talking to them on the phone multiple times.

      July 11th my car was struck standing still. Since July 11th Gallagher Bassett has been the absolute worst at filling my settlement. It is now 2 months later and I dont know where we are at in the claims process because the adjuster handling my case only corresponds with me once a week if Im lucky. There have been larger gaps of me being blatantly ignored. My car was totaled and the lack of professionalism is insulting. Especially for someone who was minding their own business on their couch inside their house when all of this started. I have been patiently waiting to come here however it has gotten to the point where the payout shouldve been issued over a month ago. I just want compensation for a wreck I had nothing at all to do with. I just want my claim finished so I can move on from off the most painful processes Ive been in

      Was involved in a car accident that wasn't our fault on June 19th 2024. Our car was totaled. Our "Senior Resolution Manager" from Gallagher Bassett barely returned any phone calls or emails and if she did it took days up to a week sometimes and she had a attitude about everything. Called head office and requested to speak to someone else and nobody returns calls. This has been going on for 3 months now. I was told as soon as we sent the title and signed a POA that she would release the check. Car is gone, body shop was paid for storage but that's it. . That was 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting.
