            *** offers both Certified Dental Assisting and a Registered Dental Assistant titles. One problem with that.*** is not a legitimate licensing agency so they are not allowed to call it Registered Dental Assistant. Only your state board can register you. I found out the hard way and they will not fix their issue. Huge liability, waste of money, and time for customers.False advertisement Their RDA certification is not legitimate in all states. Ive called every dental board in the **. I had to file a claim with my bank to get refunded for my fraudulent RDA title. I also have to restart the entire process of becoming an RDA. *** is fighting my bank ??

            Rude customer service. I spoke to whoever on the phone (a woman) on 10/15/2024 at around 2:42pm. Sadly I didn't catch her name. But I was having trouble with a coupon code for my organization and yes she did solve it quickly but I did not like her attitude. She cut me off a few times and was berating about not hearing me on the phone. When I didn't hear her and asked for her to repeat, she says "did you not hear me???" like no I did not or I wouldn't ask you to repeat. Absolutely ridiculous.
