Cagan management is a bunch of money hungry lying thieves. Probably one of the worst experiences we could have gone through renting with their management. They tred on thin water to be able to even operate we have built enough of a case against them for buildings and individuals under cagans association to face serious consequences. They dont like people that speak up though so be smart and save it for the end, dont let nothing slide they will f*** you. Save yourself from signing with them we had no warning but they will f*** up your life and claim cagans not responsible. Management could give less a s*** about you as long as u can pay rent they dont care if you getting your mail stolen, apartment broken into, and so much more and employees are the definition of unprofessional. I WAS WITHOUT A FRIDGE FOR MONTHS. I HAD TO WITHHOLD RENT FOR IT TO EVEN GET DONE. Thats the only way anything ever gets done. People will come in and out if your apartment multiple times and fix absolutely nothing. Tenants would have to fix issues on their own and anything serious would leave the management unresponsive to any sort of communication. They illegally shut off our utilities after speaking up trying to get us to leave leaving us without electricity for over a month then tried to scam us posing as Xfinity to get our power back on and pay so much to do so after weve been paying the entire year we were there and have statements to prove it. Dealt with identity theft and break ins, had hidden cameras so have that part covered but the fact of it is actually scary. Place is s*** maintenance is ****, management is s*** , cagan is s*** period. If you want to feel 100% unsafe and violated and harassed at your place of residence cagan is right for you.
