1) Cleaning Service by Ashley owner, was late arriving to give a quote for the cleaning as well as late arriving for the contracted day to clean. 2) Was contracted to clean (wash floors, clean mirrors, scour sinks, wipe down cabinets where necessary, etc) foyer, living room, dinning room, kitchen, down stairs powder room, stairs, upstairs hall, and hall bath. Did not include any of the upstairs bedrooms on the list of the agreement.3) Upstairs bathroom was only dusted, floor not washed, sink did not appear to have been scoured. 4) Coffee area in kitchen was not cleaned, found crumbs under the glass cutting board. 5) I had laid out the proper cleaning supplies to use on the appliances recommended by the manufacture and they were not used. My quartz counters should have products w/o ammonia used to clean them.6) The hood over the cook top had only been cleaned in the front. The surrounding back and side of the hood were greasy and not cleaned at all.7) I purposely left areas with spots on the quartz and the mirrors back splashes and found those areas had not touched, 8) They didn't clean the wood floors with the product that I had put out for them to use. Their work did not live up to what I had contracted them to do. I would not hire these ladies again.
