This company sold me a car less then 2 weeks ago and the transmission is gone, but when I ask he said it had no mechanical problems so I purchase the car for $2,500 he put on the title I only gave 800 he claims he was helping a friend thats why it was so cheep, but I bought the car off his lot.. so which means he is not reporting the cars that he is selling so he doesn't have to pay taxes. when I told him that the transmission was gone and I asked him for my money back or to give me a car that I can drive that had a good transmission an engine and that I didn't expect perfect he refuses.. when I finally made it to his reviews apparently he has done this to several people somehow they fix it to where the transmission sounds okay when you drive I didn't drive the car for the first week because I had a rental days later it became obvious that there was some real problems. So I took to get looked at thinking it needed a tune up but it was much more then that.... I then started messaging when the shop confirmed it was a transmission issue the transmission is $5,458.00 I'm a single mom and I needed a car because I was in a horrible wreck and I had to go cheep because im paying on my daughters funeral still,, so I trusted that he was being honest and by his reviews I can see he is a very fraudulent person not only is he hiding cars from the i r s by not putting cars under his company from having to pay taxes but he is selling very bad cars... please help me in any way you can I have documentation of our conversations it was the only way to have proof..
