I purchased a truck toneau cover (Model #HF650M) for $1,216.22, directly from Leer on 06/07/22 (Leer Order Reference #O-0001346657). Shortly thereafter, I received and installed the cover. During installation, I discovered the prop rods (2) supplied with the cover are too short to fit in their storage clips. Since that time, I have made the following attempts to contact and resolve this issue:I first attempted to contact Leer through their website, but the form would not transmit when the send button was clicked. I attempted this on other devices, with the same results.I next attempted to call the company. The Leer website provides no phone number, so I obtained a valid number, **************, through another website (Leer.******Consumer.com). I also found another number, **************, on the packing slip which arrived with the cover. Both numbers reach the Elkhard, IN, facility and lead to a phone tree, primarily for dealers.Between 06/13/22 and 06/17/22, I called more than 20 times, attempting to reach someone for help. I managed to reach two individuals during two of these calls, by choosing some of the dealer options in the phone tree (No one answered the regular customer service line). Both advised I needed to speak with an specific individual transferred me that person's extension. I have left multiple messages for the person I was told would help me, but have not received a call back. I also left voicemails during other calls to Customer Service.On 06/16/22, I emailed the Leer Vice President, but have not yet received a response.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. I have been contacted by the company and they have said they are sending replacement parts. I ordered and paid a nonrefundable deposit on a truck canopy on 10/15/2021. The canopy cam in damaged and was sent back on 1/18/2022. I've made several contacts to the retailer who keeps telling me that he cant get any information as to the status of my order or when it might be received. I've reached out to Leer via phone and email have not received a response. I'm concerned that my canopy will *** never arrive and not be to quality as advertised when delivered.Business response
