    On an appointment on April 4th, I had my Range rover towed into the dealership. They finally got it in to work on it on April 28th. During this time, I have been with no car. On May 8th, they told me that I needed a new high pressure fuel pump. Which was replaced before I had taken it to the dealership. They took the part of and would not give it back to me saying they got rid of it. The car still would not start so they then replaced the spark plugs which were fouled by attempts to start the engine. At that time, they then decided to replace the low fuel pressure pump and replace what they said was a rusted-out fuel tank cradle which again I was not able to see the part replaced. After that the engine still would not work and they ended up clearing all codes and found that it was failed timing drive components and retimed the engine. I don't care to pay for what needed to be done but I feel like they just went in and replaced everything that they wanted without consideration of looking at other things before just switching parts that I could not afford and then to not want to keep or show me the parts was really upsetting. I understand the diagnostic part, but I should have had to pay for parts that were not needed and not necessary. The representative I was working with his response was "well They would have needed it at some point. Yes, maybe true but not now. And not for $10,000. Not to mention I asked directly for a loaner car while they had mine and they refused saying that they did not have loaner cars. And I later found out they did. So, I went for 4 months without a vehicle. I felt like if I was a man, I would have never been treated this way and put on the back burner for so long. I would never recommend this dealership for service or to purchase a vehicle from them with the poor service they provide.
