      Beyond disgusted with the way my car buying process has went. I would never recommend *** Skillman! First off, I bought my car at the Labor Day tent sale. My sales guy named ****** was very unprofessional with sexual remarks and comments. I asked to be helped by someone else who turned out to be ******. ****** was very good at keeping ****** away from me. After the purchase I had to turn the car in for an oil change and all things agreed upon on my "We owe you' form. Oil change, detail clean, buff out scuff marks, a second key and a new passenger mirror was what was promised to me on my "We owe you". They had my new car for 3 days total. When I picked it up, the only things completed was the oil change and the detail clean. When I asked for an update on the other items, I was told by ****** that the mirror was on order and would complete the buffing and second key when the car was turned back in for the mirror replacement. After about 3 weeks I called service to get an update on the mirror. They transferred me to parts where he explained to me that they have had that mirror in stock since before I even bought the car. He sent me back to service who explained that the mirror was declined by service to be replaced. I go into the dealership to get a copy of my "We owe you" and they bring me one that only has the car detail and oil change on it. I am very upset. Where is the paper where I had signed with the mirror, key and buff? They brought back a completely different page then the one I signed. Nice to know this is how they do the business. Finally got them to agree to replace the glass on the mirror. Not what was promised and still have no idea what is going on with the second key or buff. Also, it has been over a month since I bought this car. I have been tp the *** 3 times. My title work has not been sent to the *** yet. I was told I will be charged a late fee since it is past date of needing to be in my name. My trade in is still in my name and not paid off.

      They took advantage of disabled senior citizens and would not bargain in good faith and over did the sale in a confusing way to make the sale happen in their favor we wanted a cheaper car to fit our budget, but they sold us one over twice our budget. In the end it created a economic hardship for us and we lost the car and our credit fell to new low. to sum up it has been a very bad experience and i would like to warn others about this dealership.

      All the traditional fears of a car dealership can be found practiced here. I have had nothing but issues with anyone under this umbrella. Putting aside their pressuring staff, horrible financing options, not honoring the $5,000 dollar warranty, not upholding purchase arrangement to fix cosmetic body issues, all those aside the biggest disappointment his how they treat you after they have gotten your money. In my experience they do not value our business'. Tried to reach out to management team, but with no avail. I have since bought other cars and have learned it does not have to be this painful. I will never purchase anything from Ray Skillman ever again. Among the most disgusting customer service experiences was with their insurance agent '*******************************' who not only did not want to assist me in my inquiry on a billing mistake but how she speaks to people is disgraceful. Thankfully I was able to get new insurance and refinance through a different company cutting rates in half. Anyone seeking a vehicle I would strongly advice somewhere else, because good car dealerships do exist but this is absolutely not one of them.
