In November of 2023, we attempted to forward the company's reviews to them by mail to the following address: 211 N Pennsylvania St. Ste. 600 Indianapolis, IN 46204. BBB has since had our notices returned as "Undeliverable as Addressed." The address also shows "Temporarily Closed" online under "The USA Jeans." After further research, it appears that their phone number is associated with several other business names as well, including, but not limited to, Fullioboots and Fullioshoes. Due to insufficient information on the company and our inability to contact them at this time, BBB advises that consumers exercise caution when doing business with US Jeans. Additionally, since reviews and complaints allege that consumers have failed to receive their purchased products from the company, BBB advises that you review the business details and contact information in this profile, as US Jeans may be doing business under other names.

            BBB unable to locate business
            I purchased two pairs of jeans aprox 11/10/23 and have yet to receive an order. when i contacted the company i was advised that order was delivered. i then advised customer service that i did not get package and was then sent email saying my order was lost that they would send me replacement items. i also have not received this shipment but then i got an email stating that i could get a 70% refund. i replied this was unacceptable , that i wanted items or 100% refund. these item were ordered not aware that this is a fraudulent company. why does this company keep getting away with this?

            Ordered from this company on 10-13-23. They managed to ship me a free gift but did not deliver the 3 pairs of Jeans & 3 pairs of shorts I ordered. They said the free gift a fake diamond ring was a test to see if I could get a package from them. Then said they resent the package. It never arrived. Well after almost 3 months of back & forth with their customer service team they say the shipping company is to ************ will only refund 70% of my cost. BUYER BEWARE
