Zero stars for this company. Do not waste your money on a certification from a company that is only known because of its pyramid scheme style of spreading growth. I signed up for the course, took the course, and passed the test. Have the certification. At the end of the class they make a hard sell pitch to students to sign up for other classes. Rather than offer classes that increase your knowledge in a vertical growth pattern they only present "special, one time offers" on classes in a horizontal or lateral growth pattern. Meaning to get the next level through their training is not something you can do immediately. Not a big deal. I did fall for their pitch and when I realized the class I signed up for was not in the direction I wanted to go I asked for a refund. I wanted to sign up for the class that would increase my knowledge vertically. First I sent an email. This was just two days after payment. Within enough time that had someone responded they would not have suffered any great loss. The classes fill up fast, it's online with an instructor teaching from home. No issues like class space or printed material to worry about, just an exchange of funds to pay for the training. I never heard back from anyone about the refund, nothing about options, or procedures. I called the company number two days before the class convening and left a voice message and a number to reach me. Nothing, silence. Then the day of the class I received several phone calls to login to the class to get 'credit' for the class. I did not log in to the class I did not want to take. The only correspondence from the company since has been a confusing email about what they're doing with the funds and recently another sales pitch to get my company to enroll in a corporate class. Yah, that's not happening! I do NOT recommend this company for Scrum training.
