The $100 deductible was disclosed to you via the enrollment form you signed to enroll in the coverage as well as the certificate of insurance that was provided to you at time of lease of the storage unit. You submitted a claim for damaged property for which Xercor determined that coverage was available. However, the value of the damaged property was valued below $100. Since the value of the damaged property was below the $100 deductible, no payment could be made to you. Based on this, your claim was appropriately settled.
