    I used their service in December 2022 to get a new laptop sent from the manufacturer to my overseas location. I decided to add additional insurance to cover the cost of the laptop incase anything were to happen, which I never do on purchases. After the package was forwarded from APOBox, I waited about 50 days for my package to arrive, but I suspected it might have got lost in transit after departing from ***********. I submitted a missing mail search with **** (which, nothing has changed on the tracking since). I reached out to APOBox and was put in contact with *******. I was in communications throughout the entire process with ******* and she was nothing but helpful and was quick on getting back to my emails. I reached out to my postal contact here at my location to see what can be done, while ******* reached out to her contacts to do some research as to where the package has gone. Unfortunately nobody was able to find out any additional info regarding where the package has gone after it left ***********. After ******* provided the proper documentation for submitting the claim, I held off hoping that the package would still arrive. I submitted my insurance claim the week prior to the 90 days deadline to be able to utilize the insurance, as it still hasn't arrived or even had an update to the tracking. The turnaround on the claim was really fast and ******* stayed in contact with me when I asked questions about the process. Even though the experience on the shipping was disappointing (Not APOBox's fault, this fell on ****), the customer service was outstanding. Thank you ******* and APOBox for the great customer service. I will recommend others to use your service in the future.
