If I could rate below 1 star I would. We took our lawn tractor into them and asked them to go through the mower front to back and look at everything and give us an estimate on all needed repairs and servicing. I said I want my wife to be able to get on it and have no worries at all as this is her baby. After a short period they came back and said it would be around $900. I said go ahead. They called back later and said the shipping on on item was more and it would be around $980 and I said that is fine. They made the repairs and I went and picked up the mower. My wife was so excited to mow. She mowed for about 45 minutes and the front right tire fell off. While they did no repairs to the tire I did ask to have everything inspected and they said they did. Now the want to charge me mileage and an hourly rate to come look at it not even promising to fix it. If I can influence one person to stay away from this business then my work is done and complete which is way more than I can say for this business. SHAME ON YOU!!!

*********************, owner, 5-4-2022 We did service the mower. It was a used mower. We looked the mower over as agreed. The deck was cracked. Welded deck. Inspected wheels and repaired left wheel, wallowed out ****** bearings and axle cap. The loose ****** bearings were the cause of left wheel wanting to pull in. Our Service for a rider is $125.00 plus parts, tax and any freight for ordered parts. His service, welding and labor total was $400.04 The total for accessories *** wanted us to order (which were very heavy and the freight was much more than he initially approved) totaled $540.45. The client lived in this region when we first received the mower. He then moved 1 1/2 hours away while the mower was still in our possession. Client picked mower up and transported it to his new home. The pictures sent to us by the client's wife, of the mower, were of the front right side wheel. It appears from the pictures that a C clip has broken, although we can not be sure of that without seeing the mower in person. While we had the mower, we checked this right wheel and there was nothing wrong with it, requiring no repair. This is obviously a new issue that came about while the wife was mowing for "45 min" (according to the client). Unfortunately this can happen.

If I inspect a mechanical issue on something I work on and find "Nothing Wrong" and 45 minutes later it fails completely I will own the fact that I missed a mechanical issue and offer some level of support or as I would term it ******************* Nice try in your minimization of your liability and/or ownership of an obvious oversight. P.S. We were also told by the person who did the work that it would be "Made Right". Thanks again for absolutely nothing.
