We do not recommend this company. We purchased for thousands of dollars a replacement boiler for our radiant heat system and have had a ************* Maintenance Contract which was supposed to provide us with 24/7 priority service. We were told the boiler installation would take one day and was scheduled for a Friday. At 4:30 the installers were anxious to start their weekend, so quickly wrapped up and declared the job finished. I asked them what to do if we had any problem, and they indicated that the boiler expert would come out and address any issues. At 10:30 that evening, I went down to the basement where the boiler was to check for water leaks. I was shocked when within a couple of minutes I wound up with a headache due to a gas leak. I turned off the gas valve at the boiler and the electric. I texted the expert, and he would not come out until morning. We slept with our windows and doors open as an extra precaution. The expert arrived at 9:30 the next morning and found a substantial leak where the gas line was connected to the boiler above the valve, meaning we had a gas leak that went unaddressed for 17 hours. I asked what level of service I should have expected with a new installation, and why I didnt at least receive 24/7 priority service as promised on my maintenance contract. Instead, I was told that I should have called the 24-hour number. A call to this number on Thursday the previous week didn't result in a visit until Tuesday. A technician told me I should have called the utility company, and they would have diagnosed the leak and made the house safe. Emergency responders would have turned off the gas main, so this company doesnt mind inconveniencing others. Theres more to this story regarding poor communication among personnel, and other work not completed. We hope our experience will save other prospective customers from paying for services the company does not deliver and will preserve personal safety and health.

So, honesty is not obtaining a permit from the ************************ for the boiler installation and being fined after being reported. Honesty is not abiding by your 24/7 service agreement, as well as your commitments for "free estimates," ******************* After Hours Appointments, *********** *************** peace of mind and saving you money. Hopefully, the installation will pass inspection tomorrow. We do appreciate the refund we received for the senior discount promised on the website.
