Friday night at 9pm, I received a phone call from Shaw's stating they couldn't send, that they would just refund my money which would take a few days. But then Saturday I rec'd emails saying they delivered and giving me delivery confirmation #'s for each one. Apparently they were able to do it anyway. Confused, I tried calling x 4 with no answer or voice mail. I also emailed the email address they provided using the link in their emails. No response. Not wanting to be stuck with $500 Mother's day cost if I ordered again elsewhere now, I relied on Shaw's to have delivered. Sunday, both recipients said no, they did not receive anything from us. looing in emails, Sunday I received a "failed email" as their email address didn't exist. I called this morning, and the owner called me back saying he didn't know what happened, the would refund, must be delivery guys fault, he can't do anything, should call local florists there, NOT EVEN TO SEND TODAY WITH ME PAYING AGAIN and him possibly adding a note saying they had a computer mixup! My mom was just out of hospital and she was needing a pick-me-up, so it really hurt. I don't expect anything out of this, just beware, bad business ethic, and basically a fraudulent website. They don't send nationally thru Teleflora. Thanks for listening.

2. No multiple voicemails left by Shaw's Flowers. His son called me at 9 pm Friday night and we SPOKE for 2 minutes. After receiving the emails Saturday, I called Shaw's Flowers 7:31 pm, and twice more on Sunday at 9.04 & 10:09 am. They do not have voicemail. Monday I called and spoke to employee there at 9:31 for 5 min, owner called me back at 9:40 for 8 minutes.
3. My phone log shows all the calls made, days & times (log shows day prior to day after in one shot, so I took photo), the emails sent, etc. I document everything because I work for a hospital and learned that if you don't, sometimes people try to SCAM or LIE to you. Photos/proof available if you'd like them.
4. A last point, Shaw's Flowers sent me 2 emails (1 for each bouquet they "delivered") Sunday at 12:03 pm saying "THANKS for choosing our shop....." so apparently they still thought they sent them. Even rec'd promo emails stating "not too late to send flowers."
With Shaw's Flowers, apparently IT IS ALWAYS TOO LATE. No worries, we (plus our family, coworkers, and friends) won't use them. My husband does a lot of business in Henderson, he will be sure to share the customer experience we had. Take care.
