    Bought a certified 2022 F150 from this dealership last saturday. The process seemed to to well. I was approached by Rick one of the managers and he told me one key fob was missing. He said they could take another $300 off the price of the truck. I asked if $300 would cover cost to get another remote and he indicated he wasn't absolutely sure so ai went ahead and took his word. They could not double check cost because being saturday, parts department was closed. The next day I called my salesperson Zack and told him that the manuals and card with door code was not in truck. He said he would check following morning and get back to me. I called his cell and asked for him at dealership but never got reply. I even asked Rick to have him call but still no call even after 4 days. Rick informed me that he told Zack to call me. Whats going on. Called a third time, outside the many times I tried to get my salesman to call me back and again talked to Rick about remitting to me the additional $146 to purchase and program new remote and I was told they would not. I was very kind and professional when trying to deal with this minor issue. I do not understand why this dealer would be so unprofessional and unresponsive.

    We have received Mr. C****** recent communication regarding the deduction of $300 from the sales price of your vehicle for a missing fob, as well as the subsequent issuance of an additional check for $146.00 to cover the expense of obtaining a second fob. We appreciate his feedback and the opportunity to address his concerns. As discussed, the missing fob was taken into consideration when determining the final sales price. However, to ensure Mr. C****** satisfaction, we have issued an additional check for $146.00 to cover the expense of obtaining a second fob. Once he has the second fob, he will be able to retrieve the door code for his vehicle. We recommend visiting a Ford dealership as they will be able to assist him in retrieving the door code once both fobs are present. They have the necessary tools and expertise to access this information for him. We would also like to inform him that the manual for the vehicle is available online, as Ford has adopted environmentally friendly practices by going digital. Mr. C**** can access the manual by visiting the Ford website and searching for the specific model and year of your vehicle. This will provide him with all the information he needs regarding the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your vehicle. We appreciate his understanding and patience throughout this process.
