I dont even know how to describe the horrible harassment I was subjected to. This kid just screamed at us out of the blue a few weeks ago. I told the front desk and they allegedly asked him to stay away. He proceeds to ramp up his harassment by stalking us literally. This has been going on for weeks and I reported it to the front desk AND corporate several times and they did NOT take my complaints seriously. Yesterday he ran into the locker room making bunny ears and **** sounds at me trying to drink my protein and go to the bathroom. Then he follows me all the way to the front desk yelling awful things about me that arent true that I dont even want to write they are so bad. Planet fitness just let it happen despite me reporting it several times. And today they watched it happen for like 20 minutes straight and did absolutely nothing. Honestly a top worst thing Ive ever been through. I might just workout at home from now on.This place deserves to be sued for negligence. There were 3 members of the planet fitness team at the front desk and NONE of them even tried to stop this teenager from yelling the most vulgar things you have ever heard loud enough for the whole gym to hear. My treatment by both the staff, and other members has been completely unacceptable. I wish I could give them negative 5 stars. They just kept saying 'you guys are going to have to work it out.' Most useless help of all time.

Its unfortunate that you have resorted to filing a negative review with my business in regards to teens bothering you. As you can see we have an A+ BBB rating. Our leadership team has addressed your concerns and to say Planet Fitness has not responded to your complaints is just outright false. I can go ahead and cancel your membership for you so that you can work out at home. Just let us know if thats what youd like to do.

Already cancelled. Planet Fitness claiming this was taken seriously is outright false.
