      I sure wish I researched this company before making funds available, the Primer House of Whalton Ky is a fraud!
      I made funds available through zelle on 23MAR and can not get them to update status of my order, they don't reply to calls, emails or texts.
      I never used zelle before, I set up the zelle payment through my credit union and have filed a dispute with them but there is nothing they can do, apparently that's how zelle works, once you pull the trigger, the money is gone!
      I tried filing a complaint through your website and it kept coming up as error. I realize there is nothing you can do but I am furious that I got taken from these frauds and just want to vent.
      It was a $50 lesson learned, thankfully it was not more than that!

      On 9/26/2022 I placed an order with The Primer House and promptly paid which they accepted payment. After that I was then e-mailed by their shipping company ***** ********. ***** ******** emailed me to pay $100 for "refundable shipping insurance". When I emailed back over 10 times to say I already paid The Primer House $25 for shipping I am was not going to pay for additional shipping. Now they no longer will respond to my e-mail.

      July 27, 2022 Ordered reloading supplies for amount $281.98. They took payment through a private transaction through ******* Have made several attempts to contact company with no resolve.       I ordered 1.lb *** **** ********* *** ****** from this company and they haven’t provided me with a tracking number when I call it doesn’t go through. It’s been over 1week now. I looked up their info and I see many complaints as I have experienced

      7/21/2002 I paid for ammunition primers in the amount of $185. No confirmation or any type of notice from Primers House or carrier. I contacted Andrew K via text and got some garbled message back. Made no sense. Texted numerous times and no response. Emailed no response. Big scam.

      I made a purchase from the primer house on 3/28/2022 in the amount of $134. I paid via zelle. My order number is ****. To date I have heard nothing from the company. I am unable to contact them as they do not respond to their online chat, emails or answer the telephone. I have attached a copy of my receipt. I would like a total refund of my money.

      Purchased primers from this company, and now I haven't received my product. I informed the consumer complaint center/USA government agency, to Paypal who I paid for the product. I've tried contacting them by phone ( not a working number) by email, and by chat. Zero response from any attempts. This has been reported as fraud, and I will be contacting my bank on this matter as fraud. I have a receipt, but no product.

      December 15th purchased a product from the company and they have yet to fulfill it. When called they refused to give a refund and said they are busy and hung up the phone tried calling back and the same thing happened again
