In December 2021, BBB investigated The Primer's House business practices. This investigation was prompted by a scam tracker report indicating a significant amount of money lost. Customers indicate that the business is accepting orders for firearms and reloading supplies and only accepting payments via Zelle. Customers are then not provided with the product they ordered nor has the business been responsive to customers requests.
On December 28, 2021, BBB sent a standard business questionnaire (SBQ) along with questions for information to clarify it's practices to the business' email address on their main website. The email was reviewed on December 29, 2021. However, there was no response from the business.
On January 5, 2022, BBB attempted to locate any business filings by The Primers House to the Kentucky Secretary of State. No listed filings were able to be located. BBB also sent correspondences via mail which were returned as "undeliverable as addressed." BBB urges caution when choosing whether to do business with a company whose filings and location(s) are unknown.
On January 10, 2022, BBB contacted The Primers House by calling the numbers listed on information provided by customers and it's website. The number indicated it was a Google number and the call was not forwarded.
As of January 10, 2022, BBB has exhausted all forms of contact to the business. Consumers with outstanding concerns are encouraged to file a Scam Tracker entry for BBB records but may also wish to contact legal counsel. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of The Primers House.

I made funds available through zelle on 23MAR and can not get them to update status of my order, they don't reply to calls, emails or texts.
I never used zelle before, I set up the zelle payment through my credit union and have filed a dispute with them but there is nothing they can do, apparently that's how zelle works, once you pull the trigger, the money is gone!
I tried filing a complaint through your website and it kept coming up as error. I realize there is nothing you can do but I am furious that I got taken from these frauds and just want to vent.
It was a $50 lesson learned, thankfully it was not more than that!
