            We took our Jeep to the service department to have a used transmission installed. They charged us $4240. We went to pick it up and test drove on flat land and it appeared to shift. We drove it home 1.6 miles away, put it in reverse and it wouldn't back up the very slight incline in the driveway. Took it immediately back to the dealer. It was in our possession for 15 minutes. They said the transmission was bad. They then had to order a new transmission. They said since we took it home initially, we have to pay ANOTHER $349.80 for the second transmission. We NEVER received a good transmission. They are trying to pass off their vendor and labor expenses to us. That's between them and the vendor.

            Horrible dealership. Dishonest and judgmental workers . Man behind the counter was talking about how big the car owner was and why his struts were bad. He also said because I was a woman I didn’t know what oil was( he didn’t know I was standing on the other side of the wall) . Then upcharged my oil change. Horrible business and will never return. I have bought 3 cars from there and never again.
