            I ******* *******, made a purchase of a gun for $2,853.20 from Jim's Firearms. My background check did not clear. The purchase was refunded to my unemployment card which froze my unemployment card because money was not supposed to be added to that card which I did not know. On September 15 the money was returned from my unemployment card back to Jim's Firearms. Since then I have repeatedly asked for a refund which Jim's Firearms has refused to do. They tried to offer me gift cards which I could not use due to my background check. I need a refund for a gun that I paid for but could not and did not receive. He insisted on giving me a gift card for $385 which I reluctantly accepted and gave to my nephew ******* *******, but I still need a refund of $2,468.20. ****** always tried to help me and she told me that *** said that giving me a refund would mess his books up and I fear that ****** might lose her job if she tries to help me anymore., and everything I call and ask for ******, I am told that ****** is at lunch.

            Just visited Jim’s on 10/12/24 and traded in a pistol (which I previously purchased at Jim’s) towards another pistol. The staff was standoffish and arrogant. Was told that I’d receive a check for whatever balance there was. When finalizing the transaction, I was then told that the balance had to be applied to a Jim’s gift card, forcing me to spend even more money at Jim’s. I’ve never been a fan of Jim’s. However, because of the way I was treated, I doubt that I’ll ever go back there again. Plus, I’ll do my best to keep my many friends from going there.
