It was indeed disappointing to hear that you encountered a hiccup with our billing. It appears from your description that the confusion may have stemmed from the use of your insurance check. The intention of insurance proceeds in situations such as these is generally to aid in covering the restoration expenses, which is the bill presented upon completion of our services.
We endeavor to ensure complete transparency in our billing procedures. It's also important to note that we try to impart information and make our clients aware of the procedures involved even before any job commences. We sincerely regret any misunderstandings that may have occurred and apologize if any aspects of our communication might have been unclear.
Moving forward, we will take additional measures to make certain that the use of insurance payouts are more explicitly explained in our initial communications to avoid any future misunderstandings.
As for your current outstanding bill, we understand the difficult situation you may be facing after unintentionally misappropriating the insurance payout. We would be glad to discuss a convenient payment plan or other options that might help resolve the matter.
