My house is less than 3 years old, and it was purposely sabotaged by the builder Lamar Properties LLC. Mr. Odell Lamartiniere is the builder, and it has brought to this company's attention plenty of times that my house has mold that started from a leak under the kitchen sink and the floors/walls were not sealed properly allowing air from the outside and bugs to be able to pass through. Also, the door is put on crooked, so this also allows air to pass through. When asked if they would fix it, I was told that that was an insurance issue. However, the insurance company is not willing to fix it because they say that it is a builder's issue. So now I'm stuck with a brand-new home that functions like a fixer up, when that was the point of buying brand new, to avoid having to fix anything. They also stole my land along with the help of crooked politicians claiming it was due to eminent domain, but didn't compensate me for the action taken, like they were legally supposed to do, which is why my home was sabotaged while being built. The inspectors who come out, are all aware of this situation and purposely inspect the home wrong to help out Lamar Properties LLC. I do not recommend this company and advise all to run. What was supposed to be a Heaven-Sent moment, literally turned into Hell's Kitchen due to the leakage that started in my kitchen. Not to mention they wait until after I've already contacted my grass man to cut my grass, to send out an HOA complaint letter for high grass (every single time) which is not a coincidence, but mere harassment!
