              We made several phone calls about having a commercial and non commercial properties needing to be appraised. This company as zero commutation skills and no follow through if your blessed enough to them on the phone they will take your information and let you think that they will be getting you to the correct department BUT, no one calls you back. Finally after 2 weeks of contacting them they then say they are too busy and can not help. Seems that OUR bank is the one who told us to use them and maybe bank "leads" are allowing them to be this unprofessional since there are allows someone new calling and they can pick and choose who and when they are willing to work. I would not advise to ever use them and if your bank recommends them I would gently let your bank know you would like another option that will value your business as much as your bank does.

We trust you understand that as a small business, we want to provide the best service to everyone who reaches out to us, especially referrals, but due to many factors, sometimes it is just not possible. We feel were honest in advising the gentleman who contacted us that we were not able to take on your assignment, rather than accepting the order and not being able to meet your timeline expectations. With most sincerity, we hope you were able to secure services, and were able to proceed with your plans for your properties.
