            Customer Service at the front office, very unprofessional, leaves a message for you the customer at 3:28, office closes at 3:30!! Constantly, adding additional charges (attempted) to the regular service prices, technicians did not have supplies and equipment to do the job, had to leave for 30 minutes to find the special part (item was a **** ***** toilet gasket) which in turn added to the cost charge! The service took 2 long appointments to complete (replacing a rubber gasket). The customer service lady wanted to charge me additional fees to place the toilet tank on the toilet, and additional fees after 3:30, emergency after hours fee, bottom line this front office lady was nasty, snarky was just wanting to add additional fees. I called the following day to speak with the owner of the business, she stated he was out of the office, I found out by the technician, the owner was her husband. I have no time to play games, deal with unprofessional and unethical business. They didn’t even know how to process my payment…terrible business, would NEVER recommend
