Horrific place. Used to be wonderful when it was ****** but was bought out by a private equity firm and went pro-*** and the lack of care for the pets and their humans is definitely demonstrative of that. Last experience left me feeling basically robbed. -Have now spent over $1,000 trying to get answers for my dog for nothing.-Never got results to tests that I paid for. -He was given an x-ray that determined an enlarged heart. A following x-ray contradicted these results. Was told either could be in error. After an immense investment in my dog's health, I am still in the dark. -Came off as my questions were annoying, gave minimal information, ignored my follow up emails, and offered very little communication. -Gave my dog a prescription for a thyroid that was in the low end of normal that ended up causing scary adverse reactions on top of everything else he is going through. -Did not tell me that she diagnosed him with an enlarged liver (I read that myself when a later vet pulled up the notes on a screen). -Told me she was too busy to read my notes, his symptoms, whereas every vet I've taken him to has read them and taken down notes. -He had to be taken back for a second time to be poked again for his blood panel. Which was not a full panel, but this was not explained to me ahead of time.-Did not at all explain x-ray and test findings, whereas other vets have never left me feeling so in the dark. -Actually called and let the phone ring once or twice so they could say online they called.-Was charged a large amount for nothing and sent on a costly trajectory of seeking answers I did not find in their supposed "care." ******, was left with more uncertainty, confusion and stress due to their errors and malpractice.
