            Similarly to **** *** review, I hired ECO after Hurricane Ida. While the initial process and installation was smooth (they handled everything with insurance), the roof was poorly installed, causing major leaks. Since the roof was under warranty, I called ECO and the employee they sent out said it was one of the worst jobs he'd ever seen and that he'd follow up about repairs. No one ever followed up. When I then followed up, the manager laughed and said the employee didn't know what he was talking about. He did send someone to make repairs but I am in the process of having a third party roofer come do an inspection to make sure the repairs were actually completed and that there is no further damage.
