      These people are absolute trash.They have literally one job and they can't even do that right. These sorry MFers jerked me around for weeks bc they're so incompetent that they can't just take some fingerprints and send them to the correct state organization.I got printed for a background check and two weeks later I hear back that the prints were no good so I have to reschedule. It was saturday and ofc, they're not open on the weekends. I scheduled a second appt for the following Monday to get reprinted. The office is over 20 miles from my house and it takes about an hour to get there. When I arrived, the attendant told me that a lot of people needed reprints right now bc the system wasn't working properly. Then she said she would have to call tech support and have them get in contact with me in a few days and then I would have to reschedule again and come back down for a third ******* shouldn't be this hard to do some fingerprints and while I'm waiting I can't get paid. I would beat the tar out of these people if I could, it's that infuriating.Avoid them at all costs.

      I was nt greed properly, the Little man walked up, asking if we had ********* should hve made appt. I stated No *** **************** told us to walk in anytime. We presented our CERTIFICATE as stated, mine was an ************* fiancee was a Newer. He turned both of us away, telling us on go Online Vital check to order. Keep in mind both our dates where coming up to expired, due to be lengthy OTR trips, but Little man cared less, he continued to NOT be helpful at all. They need to FIRE HIM QUICK!!! So we had to go Online & pay $125.00 for a CERTIFICATE, plus notary fees. Where this company actually offer another solution for there Previlage Ppl. Becuz we where told from a Caucasian person that went there, it's a lady that work there is Nice. This company can go in there computer for a small fee & pull up your BC & process The *** doc. So we paid ovr $125.00 for somethg they could hve done in there office for under $50.00. That Little Caucasian Man need to be FIRED ASAP!!!!

      Sent in renewal for *** over 10 weeks ago and am still waiting. Ive called several times and that doesnt seem to be helping. IDEMIA is the worst. Stay away, Al they say is theyre short staffed and busy.

      It has more than 60 days since I applied for TSA, I followed up and spoke to different CSRs. Felt like they dont care about my inquiries and follow up. Rude and unprofessional.

      Their website instructions for obtaining a fingerprint card points you to sparse locations with a service called Print-to-go which barely exists. It turns out you can just go to any *** and have it done. Also no real reps no matter what number you call. Awful.

      Company was made aware that I was doing fingerprints for my nursing license. They placed my fingerprints under a different agency and now have the AUDACITY to tell me I have to have to pay and have them redone. Not when it's the companies mistakes. Why ask who the fingerprints are for if you are gonna make those type of mistakes. Then when I let them know I was filing a complaint..the customer service agent didn't even care.

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I will spare my readers the whole saga, but I already had tsa pre check and was simply trying to get a renewal. I was repeatedly told my fingerprint capture was not clear enough. Despite that I told numerous Idemia workers that my fingerprints have been affected by chemotherapy, they were rude and completely unhelpful. Thank goodness for my husband, who found a different company - Telos - that also does renewals. I had my renewal IN A WEEK. You do not need to use Idemia!!!!!!

      There is a consistent theme of rudeness unprofessionalism. I had an appointment on 2/9/24 at ****. I was on time but the *** site was down to an internet outage. The representative gave us two choices, come back on Tuesday as a walk-in or go to Alexandria. I asked if I could make an appointment or how busy is it on Tuesday? The representative dismissed me and rudely walked away. Needless to say I will not be back to their *** site and caution those going there to have an abundance of patience and tbick skin!

      This is not a good company, AT ALL.First, the manager that hired me conducted a very questionable interview. It was one of the most unprofessional interviews, BY A "MANAGER" that I have experienced while looking for work. I have to say, I have no clue what actually got me the job!! It was basically, Hi! How are you? You have the job. Be warnedIf you are a career professional, one that is driven by process, quality control, checks-and-balances, accountable, and opinionated, this is NOT the place for you. Let me tell you why:I was offered an enrollment agent position in December of 2023, my start date was *** 8th.On *** 8th, my first day on the job, I had to do a finger-printing for a state background check. After the company background check was approved.As the days went by, working at this office became very frustrating because of CONNSTANT equipment failures. The five other employees mentioned tonme, in so many words, GET USE TO THIS. I am a career professional account coordinator, my experience is to always find solutions to problems such as the ones we were experiencing, so I decided, with encouragement from one of the employees, to write the manager. I wrote a very professional email to the manager,highlighting the issues, basically offering my help and suggestions/ideas that might help the offices issues.The other issue was. They were so unorginized in terms of coaching me through the onboarding process, I sent another email on *** 30th asking about the onboarding, these endless backround checks, for a job that is paying me $20 an hour. Just looking for clarification in terms of company compliance.On ***uary 31st, after finishing eleven learning courses the day before, my manager called me and fired me. I believe it was becaue of the emails.There is so much more to the story that I cannot get into. I would advise you, do your research, start with Indeed reviews to get perspective on this company.
