I hired key credit repair months ago to repair my credit. Ive recently needed to change my payment method but there are no numbers available to contact them and the refuse to return calls after voicemails are left with my number for contact. They are currently dragging my credit scores through the mud and i need this remedied.Initial Complaint

I have been enrolled with key credit for almost a year I am on auto draft from this company so I have been getting billed every month and for the past 5 to 6 months. I have not heard from key credit. I have called every phone number that I have on my text messages. I have called every phone number that I have in my emails. I have left every voicemail that I can for the past six weeks. And I still have not received a phone call back. I had to call my bank and cancel my credit card in order for key credit to stop charging me. I have been wrongfully charged for several months and not been able to even speak with not even representative. My credit score has not improved key credit was definitely a waste of time and money for both me and my husband as we do have two open accounts so we have been paying double to key credit for absolutely nothing we saw zero progress but funds were definitely taken out every month!!!Customer response

I tried contacting the business several times over a month with no answer. I left several messages to close my account and they are still trying to charge **** have been with them for 3 months with no change to my credit report or score.I tried logging in to the website to access my account and I was directed to another website that had nothing to do with credit repair. I would like to be refunded for the total amount I paid because I did not receive the promises that were made. I hate that I waisted time on this company.Business response

On 3/6/2024 I got in contact with a representative of key credit repair and after about a 45 minute phone call I signed up for their services. They said the service they provide happens in 3 month. Each month there was going to be $287 taken from my bank account. The first month I was able to speak with the representative who signed me up. She walked me through every step they made. The first month was they writing up letters to all the companies who have negative marks on my credit score. The next month money was taken out of my account and I was no longer able to get in contact with anyone from the company. So I was unsure of what the next step was. I made several attempts to get in contact with the representative I spoke with and had no luck. I still have her number saved in my phone and all the text messages between us. The customer portal that I was told would keep me informed of everything going on, didn't give me any information at all. Third payment, there is no change to my credit score still no contact with the company and I get a message on my portal saying my services had been completed when I was told I would have a year with their services. And I still was not able to get in touch with anyone. They got $861 dollars from me and I got absolutely no services from them. They said I made all my payments but then discontinued the services I will attach documentation to prove thatBusiness response

My name is ******************************* I started with this program in April 2024 and first payment started March first is been 3 months 119 was pull from my account and nothing is being done no removal no communication and I see I got hack on my card on file payment method and it was close to issue a new one but after June first and July no payment was charge and I can't reach no one on the phone I want to know if my case is canceled cause if it is I want my 3 months refund returned back to me I'm done with this credit repair program that's unreliableBusiness response

We left voice messages and sent written emails, emails return block to express profound dissatisfaction with services of Key Credit Repair. Formally requested immediate cancellation of our enrollment in the program, accompanied by a $973.00 full refund of the payments. My husband and I enrolled in Key Credit Repair program March, 2024, with the anticipation of realizing tangible results within a reasonable timeframe. Payments March 2024, April, 2024, and May 2024, we find deeply disappointed between the promised outcomes and the actual results. In, March, 2024 April 2024 and May 2024, we persistently contacted Key Credit Repair to address our concerns and were unable to connect with a manager, representative, or the support deparmtment via phone calls or emails. Despite our effort to communicate, the dissatisfaction we've not observed any improvements in our credit status or inquiries. Regrettably, these assertions directly conflict which indicates no such changes and raises serious doubts about the transparency and effectiveness of Key Credit Repair. .March 2024, April 2024, and May 2024 our attempts to contact Key Credit Repair manager, staff member, and customer service department have been met with silence, despite leaving multiple voice messages and sending emails. However, when I disputed the charges with my bank, then we received an email in June, 2024 from ************** stating "sorry for the late reply but nothing was done in March, 2024 and letters were out sent May 9th, 2024". My husband and me was emailed usernames and passwords, however, ********************* & unable to log into the website using ********************* assigned. We emails the support department and no reply to assist with resolving the issues. Our calls/emails went unanswered, compounding our frustration with level of unresponsiveness and lack of communication. Subject: 2nd Formal Request for Immediate Cancellation and Full Refund - $973.00
I am writing to formally express our profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by Key Credit Repair and request the immediate cancellation of our enrollment in the Key Credit program, along with a full refund of $973.00, which represents the payments made from March 2024 to May 2024.
My husband and I enrolled in the Key Credit program in March 2024 with the anticipation of realizing tangible results within a reasonable timeframe. However, despite our consistent efforts to engage with the Key Credit team and inquire about the progress, we have seen no improvements in our credit status or inquiries.
Specifically:
We attempted to contact Key Credit Repair in March 2024, April 2024, and May 2024 through multiple channels, including phone calls and emails. Despite leaving numerous voice messages and sending emails, we received no response.
We could not connect with a manager, representative, or the support department during this time.
Despite these efforts, we have not observed any progress in our credit repair process. This lack of transparency and effective communication
has raised serious doubts about the services provided.
We received an email in June 2024 from ************** stating that "nothing was done in March 2024" and that letters were sent out on May 9th,
2024, which contradicts our expectations and previous communications.
The usernames and passwords provided to us were ineffective, and despite reaching out to the Key Credit Repair support department for
assistance, we have yet to receive a reply.
Given these issues, we are entitled to a full refund of $973.00 for the payments made during the aforementioned period. We also formally request the immediate cancellation of our Key Credit Repair program enrollment.
We value fair and honest business practices and hope to resolve this matter amicably. Please respond within 14 days to confirm the cancellation of our account and the processing of our refund. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I hired the business to repair my credit. One month after starting I decided I did not want their services anymore. This occurred in March of 2024. They are still taking their monthly fees out to this day which is ******. I have called several times and texted leaving messages to stop withdrawing the money from my account. Plus in the four months my credit has not seen any changes. They never return my calls. Im on a fixed income and can not afford this.Business response

I hired this company to help with my credit. They charged me $52 a month. They have done nothing at all to help with my credit and the last several months have been double charging me every month. I called and cancelled in January 2024 and they keep double charging me. I reached out to my bank to file claims against them!!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!!!! Theyve overdrawn my bank account several times!!! I cannot reach anyone at key credit now!Business response

June 29, 2023 I signed up with this credit company key credit.I have paid $1509.14 I was promised that they would get ***************** collection off my credit and get lower interest rates on applying for credit cards and any other loans bring my scores up to high 700s to 800s within six months.Key credit said it would be a easy to do because I paid all my bills on time and there was one collect That was wrongfully there and they said that they can get that ***************** collection off and that they would do the work can consecutively with each bureau. They would keep in communication with me to keep me in the loop. I cant get my questions answered. I cant get people on the phone. I dont see any work that has been promised a, I was not aware that I was going to be charged $171.15 x4 I see it went down $117.65 x 7 and 1x 0.99 so altogether $1509.14 has came out my account and I dont see any work of improvement from their part? I dont see any of their work being done . I was already paying my bills and this collection is still on report. in this old collection as well so they didnt do the work as promised. This company over charges and do not deliver what they promise and no communication.Business response

The company continues to charge for Services yet your disputed marks never change. You have no way to cancel this service and the phone number has been disconnected. The website will not allow an existing user to log in. The site continues to wrap around back to sign in page. I would definitely dem this a scam. Buyer be ware!!!Business response
