This would be ZERO stars is possible ************ is awful! The merchandise is not how it appears on the website. I've had problems with 2 orders now. The first one was missing SO many items in the package and we couldn't put it together because we had to wait for replacement parts from ***** that took a month to get and we were still missing parts and had to just figure out a solution. The second item has fallen apart 4 times now and whe I contacted Wayfair, the said they would take my photos and send them along to the manufacturer who would contact me in 1-2 business days by email to discuss options for this. I am so angry with this company and will NEVER purchase anything from them again. Furniture is complete cheap c*** and they DO NOT stand behind their products! I asked for a refund and was told that they understand how I feel, but are unable to provide assistance. What a joke!Review from JM S

Experience with **** and Main has been horrible. I still don't have my order. High priced item- delivered broken, no timeline provided on replacement, no discount, rude customer service. Took the day off of work to be home for second delivery 3 weeks later, THAT MORNING they said they could not delivery when inside the delivery window. Still no timeline for next shipment. It has been a 3 month process. ******** services only concession is to offer 10% off on future purchases. As if I would ever deal with them again. ******** service is not helpful and has consumed hours of time. Still with no item. Will not shop here again and urge buyers to beware.Wayfair, LLC Response

This company is terrible. I ordered four counter stools received in a timely manner, opened one box, did not like the quality when I tried to return, they said it was not returnable. I was told they have a 30 day return policy with an extension till end of January due to the holiday. The boxes are still in my garage unopened. ***** from customer service will call me back. My credit card company is disputing it. I will never order from them again. The no return policy does not apply to what I ordered. Scam.Wayfair, LLC Response

In 2020 we furnished 2 bedrooms, dining room and living room from Wayfair. All 6 of the dining room chairs couldn't be put together because none of the holes lined up, they did send a replacement for the chairs, 5 were the right color one was not. The recliner broke before a year old, they sent replacement, it wasn't the same chair and it broke just past the year ***** so not replaced. You'd think after spending around $5k they could send a new replacement recliner even if it was just past the year ***** It's just myself and my husband, so the recliners should have lasted longer since we were only sitting in them. Will never shop there again. Yes, I know it's been a few years but I'm still upset about not having the recliners. Money wasted!!!!Review from M. P.

I've made two recent purchases from Wayfair and they've been disasters. First one for a desk and one of the drawers fell apart. Had to communicate with China and still waiting for part that may not work. Second order waited 2 weeks for a shelving unit and got a huge vegetable cutter instead. Unbelievable. Worse experience ever! Ordered 4 dining chairs and received cancellation notice after 3 days was mentioning item unavailability but the item listing is still available in the website with different price. **************** was not helpful just playing around with different topics.Review from Amir K

I ordered a vanity top 3 weeks ago and i was told it will be deliver between Nov 17, to Nov ******* was not delivered on time and when I called on Nov 21, The excused was fed-ex would not deliver breakable item ( not true) and they want to ship it with another carrier and it will be delivered on December 15th. so I cancelled the order! Purchased two power lift recliners. Ad description says comfortable, great for elderly, you'll love it . All wrong!! Worst chairs ever ,hard, uncomfortable and unstable. Came in pieces without instructions,was told after many complaints I could return chairs but needed original ratty nasty boxes and return fee.Are You Kidding Me. Paid nearly $900 for thrift store products.I will delete this app and never purchase from them again. Please be wise and beware when buying from Wayfair they have soddy products and a rotton customer service,return policy.Review from Merle K

Today I received my order of a nightstand. The shipping was fast but unfortunately the item was damaged. I spoke with customer service, which was easy to contact and the person helping me was very informative and helpful. All that is good, BUT, as to resolving my damaged furniture issue, the resolution is less than OK. I had to take a picture of the damage, which Wayfair then sends to the manufacturer to determin IF they have the part. If so, they will send it to me ONCE they contact me by email. If not, then they have to replace the furniture and I have to re-pack (I had to take it all out of the shipping box to make sure there was no other damage) the pieces and send it back to ? Will they send the replacement furniture before I send it back, or do I have to send it back and wait who knows how long before they send me a replacement? Seems the best resolution would be to just send the whole thing back and have them send me a new order. I wouldn't order from Wayfair again for this very reason.
