I made a purchase for a two piece living room set in the amount of $1127.77 on October 14. The two main draws that made my decision were the fact there was a delivery estimate of 10/23-11/2 as well as the fact that this was to be a white glove delivery which professionals would delivery, assemble, and remove trash after completion.Wayfairs promotion for the sale promised that the delivery partners would call and schedule an appointed that suited my needs when items were available. I have not spoken to a human being since purchase. Additionally when I received the first automated text for delivery options the only dates available were 11/19, 11/26, 12/3 and 12/10. Really??! What company only offers one day of the week (Tuesday) to deliver? I selected Tuesday 11/19. My time frame for delivery was 8am-8pm. Extremely unacceptable.Since then my appointment has been rescheduled four times for the 19th, each time getting later and later. This is terrible business practices. I have reached out to the delivery partner and no response or call backs. I reached out to Wayfair for resolution and was told someone would be in touch in 3-5 business days. This is outrageous. I would like a refund and since the delivery partners have the items they can send those back to Wayfair.
