My Bosch oven didnt work ***** gave me a list of business close to home ,I chose Appliance care service it said they were in business for 40 years I thought I could trust them ! Boy was I wrong ! First they are so expensive just to come to your house $175 no tools he brought with him, just looked at my stove pressed the enter button so that nothing was happening and said it was moister build up ,I said maybe because Im always cleaning the stove ,he said yes ,he said that the parts was going to be expensive that I was better off getting it myself ,I told him I rather they do it I would be at peace ,he said oh its easy just two clicks ,I told him I know I saw that on utube they say its easy ! But I dont even know what parts to get ,he said when they call you tomorrow with the price you tell him you want to know the item numbers ,Well as much as I didnt want to do it I did ,he wasnt to happy but he did but he said I was going to need the panel board and the display module ,and the price was close to $700 plus the 175 that I gave him I was a bit shocked a lot of money when I searched for the front panel that he said that I need it was expensive and it wasnt the model number of my stove after searching and calling Bosch it was confirmed it was he had the wrong model # so I would be screwed if I ordered that part and it didnt work ,the next day I called and I talked I dont know if hes the owner **** he was so rude and yelling ( I did have issues with my cell phone it could be that ) but OMG he was nasty didnt believe me when I said that one of his works said to me to get the parts myself ,he had the wrong stove model # I even gave this guy a flashlight to see my stove model and he had it wrong with the ** # I think his name was Wun ,lazy ,lazy didnt do anything , **** gave me back my $175 ,still very rude and yelling at me ! **** keep an eye on your workers ,my stove is fixed by another company whos brilliant very knowledgeable and trustworthy ,
