Blink wireless Floodlight camera I bought this camera in November 2022, at first I had only a few issues. Then the camera wouldnt record, wouldnt connect, and the floodlight would not turn on. I went to the blink site and followed suggestions under Q/A. I changed the batteries 3 times, I removed the camera-added it back, I also rebooted my wifi/and the module, and reinstalled the batteries. Note: I only used the recommended batteries. After I did all of this, I was still having issues. I contacted customer service and they recommended the same steps. After back and forth emails I asked about product replacement or a refund. Another email came by a higher up employee and wanted me to do another thing and I stated I had done this but would do it again. After a couple more emails I said is anyone going to answer about replacing or refunding me for a product that doesnt work. Wouldnt you know it- they sent me yet another thing to do . Thats when I replied with an email stating they clearly would not answer my question about product replacement or refund. They had the nerve to send out another email asking me for information that I had provided months ago. This company is using tactics to wear you down so you get aggravated and give up. Buyer beware that blink does not back up a faulty product.Thank god I have other cameras to inform me that this camera was not working or floodlight going off. Horrible company that has no resolution in place for faulty products.
