            Do not order from them. Wrong address, lost in ********* wondering if I will get my money back. They don't take responsibility for the shipping part. Not a lot on Yelp so wonder if all was bad.

            This customer provided a ** Box for their order to be shipped.  We reached out to the customer for an updated shipping address as we are unable to ship their order to a ** Box due to the large size of the parcel.  The customer provided us with an address.  We shipped their order to this address as provided.   Only later did the customer inform us the address was actually to the **** where the ** Box is located.  As a result the order was lost by ****.   It is unfortunate this customer is unable to accept responsibility for the address they provided nor understand we are not the shipping carrier.  We have offered the customer a replacement but not a refund as a very fair resolution.
