Poirier Appliance Sales Response

No one in this store told any customer that we "retired our technicians" we have the same number of technicians now as we have had in the past number of years. We also never told this customer that it would *********** months to have our tech to her. We are not able to service microwaves as rapidly as a failed refrigerator but when customer do ask for repair ********************** and are not happy with the date we give them, we do offer to send out the factory service. I also see our service manager gave this same customer a FREE 5 year extended ********************** warranty for her trouble on March 27th. It appears that she's upset that GE didn't have the part in the truck to fix her unit on the day of the call. But this happens to any and all service companies and can't be helped.
But the fact that she is spreading rumors about Poirier's retiring our service techs and our calls being 6 months out is just not true.
