I am writing this review because my experience with this landscaper has been less than ideal. My daughter hired him thinking he was a good landscaper but it turns out he lacks total communication between the home owner and his secretary. On more than one occasion he was ask to talk to the homeowner but instead would avoid talking to me only would talk to my daughter who was not the homeowner.. the reason I wanted to talk with him was to relay to him that I was concern about the steps he install to the basement which were not what I wanted they where just a pile of rocks that I could of done myself and it was a "well" not steps. I told my daughter that I was not happy with the steps because being 68 yrs old I could not climb out of the well a step needed to be added so she talk to him since he would not talk to me and he placed another pile of rocks slapped some concrete around them to hold them in place, very unprofessional. He also did not replace the old cement pad it looks horrible. ON top of that he charged **** dollars for these pile of rocks. Also we did not want him to replace the section of lawn he destroy while putting in the steps and patio because we had more work to do before replacing the lawn this was communicated multiple times to his secretary. What does he do replaces it while I was at work and proceeds to charge us another **** dollars. This job was only supposed cost us ****** dollars turn out to cost us more than ****** dollars. I writing this review to warn other homeowners and to do your research make sure you communicate in writing. These businesses will take advantage of you as they did of us. BE Aware!!!
