            Started working with Classic in August. They were very responsive and eager to get us a contract. VERY EAGER, we had to have the contract revised a few time because they hoped we would just sign and not read. Everyone seemed decent enough , though. We do need some plywood replaced, and they wouldn't give us a quote without a condition that says they have a right to add on if need be. I understand that, but ... Some reviews I read said people were stuck with an extra $10,000- no thank you. I felt uneasy about that but stuck with them anyways because we had put in so much time. They told us in September we were "next" and on track for October- November the latest install. Here we are, almost February, and no one can respond to us with an update. Absolute crickets. We finally get a response, and it's short, and says we've had weather and covid. WE HAVENT HAD WEATHER YET, and weather doesn't prevent you from picking up the phone. Neither does covid. Zero empathy, ********** of wanting to conduct business with us. For a purchase that's as much as a vehicle, someone should be a little more organized and responsive. If you go on ****** and read reviews, they have a snarky response to every bad one, clearly they have time for that. Not professional. Not organized. Not responsive. I wouldn't give them ANY of your time, forget money. RUN.

            This review was just recently brought to our attention by a new client. (We told him the following.) This transaction had no money involved, ZERO. It was a finance contract. It was also during COVID. We had no control over the factory that was to supply the materials for this and 30 plus other projects. The factory did NOT have material and was not shipping due to COVID. This client was informed and told that as soon as we had word that the factory was shipping again we would reach out to them. Apparently this was not good enough for her. COVID was next to impossible when it came to metal coil supplies. it was one of the most affected products in the construction industry by the delays due to COVID.Sadly, this lady was the only one of over 30 clients that didn't seem to understand the situation and the only one that posted scathing reviews across the internet on as many platforms that she could, which is totally unfounded. She never gave us any money and we NEVER installed a roof for her.
