            Down payment of 50% to schedule bathroom remodel not used to order material - therefore start date could not be met because product/materials never ordered - no start date can be established. Explanation that material was held ** in customs was totally discredited by supplier Genrose - product was never ordered. Cannot start project without material. Money was used for other purposes.

            Needed a shower remodel due to a shoddy installation by the builder of our condo. We had many leaks and they couldn't be stopped. After shopping around, we selected AFFORDABLE BATH, INC. located in Springfield/Northborough, MA. They provided quality products at a great price. Three crews worked at our condo...... a demolition, crew, an installation crew, and a finish crew. All workers were professional and asked about their work......regarding placement of shelves, safety bars, etc... Due to some surprises discovered during the demolition, the work was delayed for a few days to resolve some issues. Christine and Craig kept us informed about the expected delays and the plan of action to address the issues.As of today, we have a beautiful leak-free shower made of high quality material. It looks absolutely gorgeous.
