I HAD DEFAULT PAYMENTS WITH PIONEER VALLEY CREDIT UNION..I KEPT IN COMMUNICATION WITH KIM N..I WAS TOLD BY KIM THAT ONCE I MAKE PAYMENTS KEEP IN CONTACT ILL BE OK A LETTER WAS SEND OUT WITH EMAILS IN JULY WHILE WORKING WITH KIM N CONCERNING MY CAR LOAN PAYMENTS...I MADE A PAYMENT ON JULY 14TH I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM *** JULY 10TH PIOR TOO THE REPOSSION LETTER I MADE THE PAYMENT NO NEW LETTER WAS SEND OUT I GOT A SECURE MESSAGE JULY 26TH ABOUT A PAYMENT I GET PAID AUGUST 1ST WITH INTENTIONS TOO MAKE A 600 PAYMENT MY CAR WAS TAKEN AUGUST 1ST AT 1140..NO LETTER / CALL OR EMAIL..I CONTACTED KIM AND ****** FROM ******* CONCERNING MY CAR I WAS TOLD I COULDN'T MAKE A PAYMENT FOR THE REALESE OF MY CAR I HAVE TOO GO TOO THE BRANCH ...I WENT TOO THE BRANCH TODAY PAID OFF MY CAR AND WAS ASSETED BY A EMPOLYEE ALONGSIDE TONY WHO TOOK PARTIAL PAYMENT ON MY CARD & REMAINS IN CASH ...SO IT WAS A LIE THE PAYMENT COULDN'T BE MADE WIT MY CARD...THEN I WAS TOLD TOO CALL A NUMBER TOO PICK UP MY CAR I CALLED FROM THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM TONY AND KIM ..THE REP ADVISE ME IT WILL TAKE 4 HRS I FELT IT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE AS TONY ABOUT IT HE SAID HELL GET IT REALESE NO PHONE OR EMAIL FROM HIM ...I CALL THE NUMBER BACK EXPLAIN IM SITTING IN A DUNKIN DOUNTS WIT MY DAUGHTER THEY FINALLY GIVE ME A NUMBER AND ADDRESS FOR MY CAR...WHEN I CALL THE STORAGE FACILITY THEY SAID THEY CLOSE IN 2MINS I HAVE TOO COME THE NEXT DAY WITH 300 PAYMENT AND A ID ...AFTER PAYING OUT MY CAR AND REPOSSION FEES AND DELAYS ON MY *** BECAUSE OF PIONEER VALLEY CREDIT UNION...CONTACT BACK TONY BECAUSE HE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL ABOUT PICKING UP MY CAR I WAS TOLD ITS MY PROBLEM NOW THE CAR IS PAID OFF AND ITS MY ISSUE NOW
