The Polar Supervisor spoke with the ************ Manager at this account. The customer was asked to copy the supervisor when placing orders so he can make sure that they flow through the system properly. We did find that this account was setup for the wrong delivery day, so we made the change to help correct the delivery issue. The ************ Manager has our supervisor's contact information if problems still arise.
