I have been living at one of their properties they manage since 2022. Everything was just, ok, we never receive any notifications for snow plowing, maintenance, or anything related to the building. 2 weeks ago, I have lost heat and hot water and has not returned yet, I have been trying to reach the company and only was able to reach someone once. The heat and hot water will be fixed next Wednesday, that would be exactly 20 days without heat or hot water. We never receive any updates from the company, my landlord cannot reach them either, got an apology just today after 2 weeks of the start of the issue. Very unprofessional and no leadership by any means, I cannot shower, wash dishes or even sit without space heater moving with me from room to room. I do know what anyone on their team would have done if they were in my place. I regret living here without researching the company first, this is an absolute mess and unacceptable. I hope the company goes through major leadership transformation if they wish to stay in business, but as of right now, I do not see the future of this company is very bright. I do not recommend for anyone to live in a property they manage, total nightmare and terrible experience, wish I knew what I was signing up for before living here
