            Sep 1522, 04:57p p.1 ******* ** ****** **** ***** ***** ******* *** *********** ******** XXXXX Better Business Bureau 502 South Street Suite 1200 Baltimore, MD XXXXX September 15,2022 Dear Sir Or Madame: Tam writing this letter in regards to a service of roofing on 2/7/2019 received from ******** Roofing **** ***** ***** *** ********* ** XXXXX XXX-XXX XXXX. I paid $1950.00 by check, I believe, but paid in full at the conclusion of work with a guarantee until 2/2/2029. I have a leak and I have tried to contact them daily for over a week starting on September the fifth to the present. Your assistance or suggestions are greatly appreciated for this complaint.             Work was done for L. *******, by B. ******* on 09/27/21, to repair my roof which is still leaking, causing more damage to my ceiling. I called the Office and left text for Mr. ****** daily and called him daily, and still no response from anyone, the office only allows SMS number. Trying not to pursue Court's, my patience is thin at this point!
