I would have marked this dealership as a ZERO if I could. The Customer Service of this dealership AFTER The sale has been horrendous. Obviously during the sale, the people were great. That said, When it was time to send in my proof of INS the next day, they were no where to be found. I left 5 VM for someone to call me back so that could send the information required to complete my sale. ZERO return calls over a 4 day period. Additionally, I received an email that stated my loan had not been finalized and that I could return the car. I went to the dealership the day after receiving this threatening letter and was told that EVERYBODY gets that letter and I needed to disregard. I was ANGR. That said, I gave my Proof of INS to the Manager so that I could get out of there. TODAY, 1 month later, I get a call from an employee telling me that I have not supplied my POI and that I could not get my tags... Is this real life... NEVER use this dealership if you are looking for a car. Most ridiculous thing I have ever gone through. I would love to return this vehicle and be done with this place. The temporary tags we issued are valid for 60 days, and during that period, we communicated with you regarding fees that were not related to our dealership but were necessary for your vehicle registration process. These fees needed to be addressed personally.
We also made several attempts to notify you that your permanent tags were ready, both via phone calls and by mail. Our goal is always to keep our customers informed and ensure that everything is handled as smoothly as possible.

We called to schedule our service appointment for the recall and an oil change last week, and made the appointment for today. We specifically asked if they had the parts for the recall, and were told yes. We bought our Jeep from here and have done all service at this dealership. We dropped the car off last night, and received a call this morning from our service advisor, telling us the car was ready and then trying to upsell us on a $700 service we didn't need, and that isn't even recommended until the 30,000 mile mark, we're only at 20,000 miles. We declined, and asked if the recall and oil change was complete, and were told no, they just ordered the kit for the recall this morning, which would take 2-3 days to receive. That is completely unbelievable. I understand trying to upsell someone, but to make an appointment specifically for the recall, be told that they had the parts in house, then to find out they just ordered them and they have to keep the car an additional week is insane. I purchased a 2022 Ram Transit van for my business in October 2022. As soon as I pulled off the lot there has been issues with the electrical system of the van. The dealership has had my van almost 18 weeks with the excuse of waiting for another tool to come in to fix the issues. The van has nothing but electrical issues from the interior lights not turning off, to the braking system. This has been the worse experience. I am a women owned business that is losing money because I have to rent trucks from **** ***** due to not having the van I purchased. When I call to see what is going on they don't even talk to me, they talk to my husband. I am paying on a vehicle and insuring it but yet I have to rent trucks elsewhere, doesn't make any sense to me. I would never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. Talking to other dealers, they said they would have taken it back and given me a new vehicle but not this dealership. All I hear is excuses with no definite answers to any of my questions. Why would I want this van back, when it has all these problems. I will now file a claim with the BBB and look for an attorney to civilly sue. They have had a vehicle for about two months. We took it in for an oil change and it will end up having more issues. After they replaced the engine, we had a back for two days and then it broke down again and we had to push it into the dealership. They then had another 2 to 3 weeks and then we had to push it back into our house and they now had it for another 20 days, they have no follow up via emails phone calls or anything else trying to find out what is going on when we will have our vehicle back. We are desperate to have a car back because we leave for vacation very shortly and we have no idea what is going on or if this car will even drive the 900 miles that we need to go. they are extremely incompetent at their jobs and disregard all customers concerns. I would suggest not buying a car from them or using their service department. We have purchased five vehicles from them. I will never purchase from there again. On September 7, 2022 my son spoke with Gerard ** **** a sales person at the dealership. During the discussion of the 2020 Toyota Camry that was seen online the salesman proceeded to put together the contract for his purchase. So my son put $500 down and after finding out the total price it came out to around almost $28,385.00. Now this car had over 65k miles and based upon the internet picture all was in good working order. The car was eventually delivered to the house. But after knowing what occurred and looking up other Toyota Camry's with the same year and miles, the actual pricing should have been between 17-19k. We found out too that the car was not provided with a ****** to know if the car had previous damages or owners. Didn't receive the ****** until after the purchase and it was noticed that the car had previous damage, covered up from one of the two previous owners. With regards the car payment, the sales person Mr. **** told my son that his monthly payment he will not know until 45 days after the purchase. Typically you will know the day of purchase or the next day but you will at least have a ballpark figure. We didn't know the car payment until 3 weeks after the purchase. According to the policy of the dealership we could return the car in 6 days, but not knowing the car payment until after 3 weeks it was unknown and didn't know if the car will be returned. When discovering the payment and wanting to return the car the dealership refused to accept but was willing to sell another car but wanted to charge an additional 5k for the other car. So overall we are highly upset and disappointed over the transaction because of the following reasons: 1. Car was over priced by 10k compared to other Camry's with the same miles and year 2. Never produced a ****** until after the purchase to show how many previous owners and previous car damage 3. My Stepson bought a 2020 Kia Stinger GT from the used car side in July 2022. They put new tires on the car all around prior to him taking delivery. In Sept he hit a pothole and it damaged one of the front tires. As this is an All Wheel Drive car, you are required to replace tires at least both on the same axle. So when we started to look at getting the tires, we discovered that the service dept at Ourisman had installed the same size tire all the way around with the size required for the rear. We took they car to Ourisman so they could look at this after 4 days finally said they would replace 1 of the front tires but want us to pay for the other front. By agreeing to replace one tire, they have already acknowledged that they put the wrong tires on. They owe us 2 new tires of the correct size. If I had discovered this error prior to the tire damage, they would be replacing both anyway. Good morning I spoke with Courtney at Ourisman this morning and they want to charge you nearly $700 for the crankshaft position sensor I asked why and she said it's 2hrs labor @185.00 an hour and $100 for the sensor that you should not pay more than $30 dollars for so basically we argued she called me back and said she found out I worked at ****** and hung up on me because I told her it's disgusting that they would take advantage of a disabled woman

After purchasing my previous vehicle from this dealership and using the same salesman, my fiancé and I decided to trade in my Jeep Compass and use this dealership again. Unfortunately, that was a huge mistake. I wish I could say great things about this dealership because I love our new vehicle and with the low inventory issues currently, I'm surprised I was able to find this vehicle. However, after the treatment we received from the salesman Chuck & the finance manager, Diego, I wish we would have took our business elsewhere. From the moment we walked through the door on December 20th, the salesman tried everything he could to take advantage of us. For example, we told the salesman from the moment we walked in that the vehicle would be going in my fiancés name and that he had perfect credit. Instead, the salesman took the 8% interest rate that I had on my previous vehicle and gave us those rates. This was after he continually harassed us with calls and texts asking when we would be coming into the dealership to look at vehicles after he called me and I made the mistake of telling him we were considering trading my car in. The salesman proceeded to tell us that payment to the bank who financed my previous vehicle would be overnighted. So I did not make the payment that was going to be due on my car under the impression it wouldn't exceed the 20 day pay off. On January 14th, I received a call from the bank asking for payment for December and that the car was still not paid off and they had no check on file yet. I then called the salesman, who acted like he had no clue who I was. After being told he was on vacation and couldn't give me an answer, I called the finance manager Diego who gave me the complete run around stating the check was sent out when we were told then switched his story and said it was sent out two days prior then again switched his story and said it wasn't sent out yet. After expressing my frustration and asked for him to look into it and to speak with the sales manager, Diego refused to let me speak to his manager and hung up on me. After being hung up on, I called the dealership back and was again hung up on. Finally, I called back after 4 times of being hung up on and was able to speak with the manager, Chad E. He was the only pleasant experience from this dealership. He immediately looked into the payment and gave me the information I needed so that I was able to provide the bank with the information. The treatment we received from Chuck and Diego is absolutely unacceptable and no customer should ever been treated the way we were. They r scammers don't buy a car from them they tell u your buying a new car and once u leave u find out the car has all kind of problems.. my car was suppose to been brand new I have been trying to get them to repair it for 2 months now .. they give u the run around no one there stand behind what they say .. they jus want your money .. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THERE N DEFINITELY DONT USE THE SALES GUY STEVEN ..
